To the team who helped my dad get his product purchased fresh together after a random speedy driver hit his cart leaving the store. Thank goodness his sling from surgery didn’t get direct hit. So close to devasting! Pending status. Ouch. Go team.

This Home Depot is so convenient because it's only 6 minutes away from where I stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. Awesome place to shop.

This store is always clean and well stocked. Their prices are reasonable across the board. Their plant select is not as big as the Waterford store and like all box stores they drown the cactus but other than that the employees are courteous . They may not be knowledgeable about the merchandise but at least they are available and they try to help. There is a good supply and prices are average. Sometimes it is best to buy the better brand due to quality being in some cases cheaply made. It pays to do some investigating first.

I am extremely happy with Brian who taught me how to install this pantry system! I needed more space desperately and he helped guide me every step of the way! Mel also helped me cutting the shelves to fit my wall! These two men went above and beyond! I am extremely grateful for their help! Hats off to you both!

The Home Depot has everything from outdoor supplies to indoor supplies, outdoor paint and indoor paint, all of the hardware supplies you could think of.

This location is very nice and I've always had a good experience with the people that work there. Yesterday in particular Aliyah (I don't think I spelled it correctly) was amazing as I had a large order of lumber to pick up and she rallied 2 other employees to help out and we got it picked and loaded in under 10 minutes. She also helped out 2 other customers while all this was going on. I'm going to leave her a 5* review as soon as I figure out how to from the receipt.

Lucas helped me in customer service. He was great conversation and helped me get what I need quick. Go Lucas.

Clean and tidy, staff very helpful and cheerful, overall a excellent experience will go again before I return to the UK.

One of the "quietest" and best-staffed stores I have ever had the privilege of stepping across the threshold. I especially love the gardening and outdoor landscaping tool inventory. So many lawn tractors to choose from! The Staff at this store are friendly, professional and always on point. They know their stuff. MONTVILLE Home Depot needs star recognition, Mr CEO!

The associates that I’ve felt with have been great and the managers at this store are the best. Even when corporate or the delivery service makes mistakes the store managers correct it quickly.

I wish they wouldn't shove so much stuff in the main aisles, pushing full lumber carts through the store is a challenge

Lucas hunted down a door bell camera sensor that was in the bowels of the Home Depot back racks. He didn’t give up like most would 🤙 thanks for going the extra mile Lucas. Wicked tats too.

This particular location of home depot; Always have very helpful as well as knowledgeable staff available to help...Their inventory; NOT adequate; With a lot of non innovating and bland products...I bought a GE refrigerator there and it didn't last me a good two years.

Wow!!! Awesome experience with superior customer service. First, I spoke with Drew in the paint dept. He knows his product /field and was extremely helpful with all the questions I had about paint, blends, guaranties, etc... Then I spoke with Will in the lumber dept. who was also EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He assisted me with every step of the process and made sure I got what I needed. These folks are no joke when it comes to customer satisfaction. You need something, go see these folks and you'll be treated like your part of the family. I usually go to the Home Depot in Lisbon, but they didn't have the paint or brackets that I was looking for, so I called their paint dept. and wallah! Again spoke with Drew, he confirmed he had what I needed, then drove there to get my necessities. I'm glad I did. YOU FOLKS ARE AWESOME. Went in to get a few things then remembered I need a Christmas tree storage bin. Went online, chose the Montville store, looked it up and walked over to where they were. Two thumbs up!

I purchased a DeWalt Electric Lawn Mower in late May 2021. It started giving me some problems in early June. I went to the Montville, CT Home Depot where I got it and met with Sam in returns. She said it was still under warranty and returned it for an exchange no problem. Another employee "Christian" came over, asked me a few questions about what happened and
noted everything. He asked if I needed any help putting the new mower in my car. I told him we're good and I left. 10 minutes and I was out the door. Sam and Christian did an amazing job holding up the standards of Home Depot..

This is the best Home Home Depot in New London county----the service is great, employees very helpful and knowledgable

I love shopping at home depot in montville. Its rarely very busy. The building is clean and the staff is helpful. Their kid workshops are also great! We love going and letting the kiddos build their own creations. Definitely check it out. Plus they are free!

Had an excellent experience, the gentlemen in lumber tonight really helped me out and saved me quite a bit of time. Every member of the staff tonight was courteous and helpful.
