Beacher McNeal Plumbing & Well Pump Service

Our bathtub drain was clogged and would not drain on a Saturday. We could not resolve ourselves. Beacher McNeal came to our house quickly. Our house has old complicated plumbing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then get the pipe cleared. Excellent customer service and plumbing expertise.

Beacher McNeal has helped me resolve a few different plumbing issues since I purchase my home. I appreciate the quality workmanship and proactive approaches to prevent future issues related to the choices made by previous owners/plumbers. It's also great to see apprentice plumbers along for the calls, women to boot. I would not hesitate to reach out again.

Beacher and Nina came over the following morning to assess my well situation. They were professional as well as fun to work with. They explained everything to me as the job went. Beacher McNeal and his assistant, Nina were very professional, timely and got the job done. We had to call him 3 times for different water problems and he got them done within a day. Came after hours to drop off his equipment so that he can get started the next day very early because we had no water at all. Great guy, very friendly and funny. I recommend him to anyone that needs well or plumbing services.

Hired Beach and Ari to fix an overflowing well. Another company tried to clear the drain but did an impressively poor job and left my well in worse condition than when they started. Regardless, hired Beacher McNeal a week or so after and received a rapid response followed by equally fast assessment, solution, and implementation.

So far this is the only work I've had done by them so I cannot comment on the other services they offer, but they do seem to know their way around a well.

Looking forward to not having a mud pit in my front yard. Thanks.

From: Jim Michalman. Our daughter’s well overflow pipe was clogged with iron from the well water. I could not back flush it out. I called a drain service company. They could not help me because pipe was too small. Another well company did not return my call. I called Beacher at 2:26 pm on Tuesday. I explained the situation. Fortunately, he said he and helper had time to take a look and see. What they could do. Beacher called ant 3:20 pm. and said they were able to clear the pipe! YEA! Price was very fair. My well pump and holding tank went bad on Xmas eve. Beach came right over, had the parts in stock, replaced everything and did very professional work. I highly recommend him! He made a very stressful situation a whole lot less stressful.

Beacher came out the Saturday before Easter and was great! He took out the old tank(that had left me a mess of water to clean up when I woke up this morning in my basement) and installed the new one in no time. Professional and skilled!

I've had Beach in a number of times, to replace my well tank, install a whole-house filter, put in a new shower regulator, and install new frost-free outdoor faucets. The quality of his and Ari's work is outstanding and his prices are fair. He is an old-school style contractor who knows his trade well. One downside that others have mentioned is that Beach isn't exactly a diplomat: he speaks without any filters and can be somewhat abrupt, but he's always directly to the point and honest to a fault.

Beacher was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He drove 45 minutes out of his way the night before Thanksgiving to replace our well pump control box. Thank you for saving our family's holiday!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the responsive and caring nature from this company to my emergency call. The response was immediate with a diagnosis of a failed submersible water pump and to have a new pump installed within 24 hours was a godsend for a family of 5. Beacher and Ari were efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend Beacher McNeal. They are very honest. We called them about our well pump, we thought that our pump may be frozen the day after Christmas. He answered right away, asked about the situation and then walked us through the possible scenarios. Turns out that our holding tank had a breaker on it that we needed to switch back on. He walked us through it over the phone. Saved us money and was very nice and helpful! You can't find many companies these days that are prioritize the customer like that. Definitely recommend!

Beach and Ari are great. I have had them install a new well pump and more recently install a dishwasher. I have a dated kitchen and they went the extra mile to make everything work. I could not be happier with their service!

On October 30thvat 12:30 am me and my partners well pump went down , gave these guys a call and were here at 8:30 am and replaced our water pump and installed a fancy new sediment filter in our basement , they did all of this and a timely fashion and even put tarps down on our floor so they didn't track dirt and mud in the house . Beach and Ari have fixed or replaced well equipment or piping in my properties a number of times. They are good natured, fair, have good pricing, and make sure the job is done right so that I don’t have those problems again. They also work quickly and clean the areas well. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing work.

I turned on my dishwasher and for some reason there was water from a flood was in my basement from the dishwasher. As it turns out I also had leaky hose under my kitchen sink and no hot water in my bathroom sink.
I had just finished my chemo treatment and needed to see my oncologist.
I called Beach, my plumber who had done work before.
They came to my house and fixed the problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink. Install new pipes and a new water pump under the kitchen sank
And also fixed the kitchen sank.
