They are excellent to work with. They are very professional and punctual. Dan White was fantastic! He made sure we knew what was going on step by step. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were very appreciative of the way he handled all of our issues. More issues arose due to things we didn’t know. They made sure to show us what was going on and to get people there to get estimates. I am so thankful we chose them! If you want to go to a plumbing business that is fair and reasonable, these are your people!

Ben did an excellent job installing my 4 stage water filter system. The filters are tucked away while still being easily accessible for replacement. The install is a work of art.

We needed a new hot water heater, well tank and some copper piping replaced. Everything was completed in less than a day! Our technician was very professional and walked us through everything that was done. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone who needs plumbing needs!

I love the professional tech Ben Williams was excellent, has a great demeanor.Check out issue and told us the test came ok and informed us not to put and crystals in our water tank until it was almost empty to avoid crystals to harden up on us, he is extremely honest. Check out the water to make sure the system is working properly. Ben just so thorough on everything.
It pass everything is a go.

Felix and the field supervisor came over to evaluate a large leak. Rotted copper piping in my old house, causing a leak from the second floor to the basement. Personable techs, no complaints. Talked about fly fishing and life with them in between. The bad reviews I see, seem to be from people not asking basic questions while the tech is at their house. You're not forced to do anything with these guys. They'll let you know a price for the job completion and you can accept it or not like any other place. But they have to diagnose the issue like any other plumber, which costs money - pretty obvious. I've fixed a lot of stuff in my house via YouTube and some Google research and it seems to be what a lot of the complaints are from - smaller jobs that people are baffled at the price of from a professional plumber. Diagnosis costs money, unbelievable that people complain about it especially if the issue isn't immediately apparent. This job is beyond my skill level and they're quick, and will be back tomorrow to finish (not an emergency for me). Can't complain at all.

First time with Benjamin Franklin. I was very happy with the emergency service and thoughtful and methodical approach to solving the main line clog, while considering the poor condition of the iron pipe. Careem Bentley, my plumber, was spot on. And friendly. He genuinely cared about our problem. And he thoroughly explained the steps needed to address the problems. He brought in additional resources to get the blockage cleared and to plan for a long-term solution. Well done!

VERY good first experience with Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing! From making the appointment (they were very accommodating to my crazy schedule), to Eric explaining everything and options, etc. Super nice guy! Waiting on some water tests and then go from there. We had a water heater leak on the weekend. Our technician, Elliot, was at our home promptly. He provided a thorough diagnosis and evaluation of our options and was very informative and honest. He was genuine and helpful. We very much appreciated this experience!

Mike was personable, honest and professional. He gave me his experienced professional opinions about the work I need done, and even talked to his boss about looking into financing options, including looking to get certified to be free customers EnergizeCT loan options.

The professionals at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Andover ("Junior" and Matt) were knowledgeable and respectful. I had a VERY old sewer line that needed emergency replacement. They were sensitive to the situation and explored (financial and technical) options with me -- without being pushy.
During the course of their engagement, we found a 1,000 buried oil tank that required remediation, AND we had to dig into a state road. Both of these developments required more engagement and more money (to be expected) but again they helped me to navigate the situations.

Replace outside waterline at a rental property and ground partially collapsed due to rain. Benjamin Plumbing repaired affected area with top soil, the following day after reporting, very happy with outcome. Prompt & professional service is the reason I use this service for all my rentals pluming needs.

We just had Ben Franklin plumbing to our house. Felix did an outstanding job on our toilet and followed through with checking all of our other plumbing !
