A-1 Food Store

Since day one this has always been my daily stop. Whether it’s a morning coffee or picking up an item on the way home. Service has always been great and they always have whatever you could need in a pinch. This family run business is and has been a staple of the community. I might add personally that I always have a good conversation with Ali in the evenings; he’s a good man who genuinely cares about his customers.

For such a small store, they always have what I need when I need something quick and I don't want to drive to a big grocery store. Like the time I desperately needed eggs for a meal I was cooking or another time when I ran out of bleach and sugar. To top it off, both the owner and his nephew are the nicest people you'll meet!

Are you paying a bit of a premium on goods @ this location? Yes. Are you getting service with a smile each and every time? Yes. For VERY FEW local options when in need of random odds and ends quickly and WITHOUT having to go a town or 2-3 over, this is a go-to location. Ali is one of the nicest guys ever and seriously probably the friendliest, courteous, polite, and helpful private business owner in the area. Always good to us, and how a private business owner should be. We support locals but no one comes close to level of service and consistently over the years as A1. Thank you.

Stocked with more than you'd guess, A1 Food Store is charming & well run. I'm always welcomed at the door by one owner or the other, both of whom have a good sense of the community they serve. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Mr. Ali is awesome and has a great attitude. My Wife and I stop by almost every day and he is always happy to see us.
