Waterford Pizza Palace

The food was delicious! The haddock piece that was used for the fish & chips meal was extremely large, larger than what you would expect to get, as well as being fresh. The grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich was scrumptious. The meatlovers' pizza was tasty, too. We got the appetizer sampler as well.

The food was really good, nice staff. I recommend... definitely coming back :)

I went in to get a slice of pizza and was expecting something alright, but right after getting my slice and you by out to the car and eating it. It was amazing and probably in my top 5 pizzas ever !!

After being closed for so long, the new owners have done great job fixing it.
I tried chicken fingers and fries, were cooked perfect golden brown.
Nice addition to Waterford and Aldi plaza.
We'll come back again

Nice place...pizza ready when they said it would be...the Greek pizza was prepared well (ingredients spread evenly and plentiful)...the cook showed his pride in his craft

I came in after seeing it open after being closed for so long. The inside was remodeled nice and clean. The food was really good and inexpensive. And it tasted amazing. The staff was friendly.

Best Fish & Chips I have ever had.

When we moved to new London a few years back we couldn't find a good enough pizza (originally from new haven) so that's tough to beat! But this pizza is one of the best ones we've come across we love their calzones! Absolutely amazing and such great customer service!!! We've definitely been repeat customers!

I last had a grinder at the Pizza Palace in the early 1960's. A quarter and a nickel would get me 1/2 salami grinder and a small bottle of Coca cola. I would often stop here on my way home from Jordan School and later Waterford High School. The owners were polite and did not mind a kid like me stopping in for a bite. I wonder if the current owners are children or grandchildren of those owners that I encountered. Next time I am in town it will be my first stop for a meal. Best grinders I have ever had!

Called in for a steak combo grinder. the best grinder ever. i will deifneily be back when i’m in town.

Had a cheese pizza which was very delicious
The amount of sauce and cheese was just the right amount. The pizza itself was cooked perfectly with a little crisp to it. Not to floppy and not greasy at all. All around a very good pizza put this pizza in the top 10

We finally made the choice to recently try this place. Called in a couple times for take home & sat in a few times. We are always sceptical about tiny places that look like holes in the wall & at the time didn't realize there is parking space in the back. Well, so glad we made the choice to finally try this place. The food is so satisfying, & the staff so friendly. Its also, to us, a nice comfortable spot to dine at. So far we haven't had 1 bad experience & enjoy our time there. Well done Pizza Palace, well done.

This is my go-to Pizza place, I really love the Pepperoni pizza, it's the best in Waterford. Nice staff, great pizza.

I am back a year later, and again the food was delicious, the staff attentive, lots of menu choices.!!! Really love the sparkling water option! My son's meal was also excellent, you can't go wrong eating here!

First time coming to this Pizza place and I must say I was extremely impressed. Even a basic cheese pizza was amazing. Such a wide variety on the menu for foods for a great price. ALSO, delicious, home made desserts. 10 out of 10 will be back again!

The best red sauce in this part of Connecticut by far. My family has went to Waterford pizza forever, I've been going there my entire life and has never ever disappointed, the pizza is great but the Italian food is perfect! The best sauce, excellent fried foods, fresh fish and a menus that's huge Waterford pizza is a restaurant guaranteed to become a staple of your life.

I finally decided to take the time to write a review. In part due to tonight's dinner experienced which blew me away, the tortellini rose with shrimp and bacon was by far the best meal I've had in a very long time, their attentitive service, Amazing prices and the quality of the food is completely underrated... If you want to take anything from this review is not to consider this as a pizza restaurant but rather a hidden couscine gem in the middle of waterford.... Thank you.

I travel for work, pizza is a penny saving staple food.
I respect quality, and hate basic canned tomatoe sauce.
Top 5 on my list.
Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area!
