Great store reasonable prices and they care about there customers. My favorite store to shop. They have a lot of products that you can not find in other grocery stores

This Stop and Shop has the best prices around town. The store was clean, fully stocked, well marketed and very easy to shop. It's definitely my go to for anything grocery related. Not to mention thag wonderful marvel of technology and "Marty" is hands down the cutest thing I have ever seen in all of my adult life. I love feeling like I live in the future and Stop and Shop Waterford really goes above and beyond the call of duty in answering that for me. If I could give this location 10 STARS, I would. This team should be proud of how friendly and attentive they are to detail. Awesome!!!

Grew up on Stop & Shop And I love this store. Started out on Bank st. New London And moved out here to Waterford but where I live now the closest one is it is literally over the mountain and through the woods about 25 Or 30 miles or more. Very inconvenient to get to for me wish there was one closer Ellenville New York

Store was recently remodeled. Moved items around, but easy to find them. New checkouts are nice and easy to use. Like the re-do. Will shop there more.

Love stop n shop if only for the scan as you shop feature.... The worst part of shopping is always emptying the cart at the register, but stop n shop has the scan as you go feature which makes checkout fast and easy, and has a price checker with you at all times.

Everytime I come here never have an issue. If I have any questions they are courteous and always helpful. Some of the other local ones Groton and East Lyme could learn from this store on what customer service actually is.

Such a good grocery store. Had everything I needed, great selection and friendly staff.

This is the only stop & shop we go to. Also people are nice, store is clean, Produce is usually good and the deli folks are terrific. Cold in there tho.

Prepared foods department is amazingly helpful and dedicated to customer service. Best store to shop at in the area by far.

Very nice.. but the associate that was in charge of my self checkout register wasn't too friendly but anyway I managed and I still gave you guys at five stars

Every was very friendly and I had to wait 2 hours for a taxi so I sat on your Potting dirt and watched a movie. Good people

Stop & shop with crazy they had no wipes no sanitary wipes people were buying cases and cases of water and toilet paper and the shelves were almost empty paper towels there's a panic going on and it's it's really sad not stop & shop's fault I'm sure you know they're doing their best
