For 13 years I have used this CVS with my Homecare Clients. I get so much help from all the staff and the Manager is exceptional in dealing with the Customer service it's a pleasure to shop at this CVS.

Pharmacy staff and Pharmacist are all great people. Very helpful No problems ever in this store. I get notified when the RX is ready or if not in stock. This is a very busy store because of their professionalism. Patience is a virtue especially in these days.

I got the first dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine here today. The process was clean and professional. The staff administering the vaccine were friendly and engaged.

The associate Alina is truly amazing and helped with so much at my visit to the store

Very long line, as usual for the pharmacy

The people are generally helpful and friendly but the store doesn't seem clean and the restroom could use a good scrubbing. There is often a long line at the pharmacy, and some of their drug prices are so high they seem predatory.

Insurance said we didn't have to pay for medication, CVS tries to charge you anyways. Phone calls and all and I know it's not my mothers insurance that are making a mistake. They try to rob you here..

I moved and switched from Groton CVS Pharmacy to Waterford CVS Pharmacy. I am sad to say that I have only had bad experiences with the Waterford location so far. My prescriptions are regularly late, not filled, or not followed-up on. Just one example, last week I was told my prescription would be done in one hour so I went to pick it up after work (4 hours later) and stood in line for easily 10 minutes only to find that it wasn't ready. I asked if she could give me an idea when it would be done and she told me, "We close at 9pm." So I didn't even get my prescription that same day...let alone in an hour! I know they are busy and likely understaffed but I just don't appreciate them setting unrealistic expectations and wasting my time. I will be switching to another pharmacy. I need more reliability.

Small store. Shelves are bare. Hardly any stock. Sold out of so many things. Not many options. Basically store lacks greatly. Friendly and helpful staff at least. Ample parking. I still can’t get used the fact that stores now charge $0.10 per plastic shipping bag. But offer big paper bags.. kinda hard to carry soda bottles in paper bags without them ripping apart. Hopefully Connecticut will go back to using and giving away bags for free sooner rather then later.

Worst cvs i’ve ever had. Been waiting for my meds for 4 days and they’re never in stock. I need these for college. The techs have no f’n clue what they’re doing either. Do not use this cvs. You’ll never get your meds.
