This is our second trip here and we are VERY satisfied customers. The staff are extremely nice, the massages are the best. We've tried out quite a few nail salons in New London county and this will be our spot from now on. We can't wait to go back!

I was very disappointed in my nails when I had it done last week I go for powder and normally this girl does them however, she wasn’t there. The guy who did it rushed right through it. My fingers looked a mess and at the end and was like do you like what am I gonna say no but I didn’t like it. It looks terrible I have Powder all in my cuticles caked in there they’re chipping it’s bad. Extremely disappointing

Update : Ke reached out to me to fix my nails and apologized . That was great to have her reach out to me . I returned and had Crystal do my nails and did an amazing job ! Better experience and great customer service . I updated my first review

Love love love their work! Kea and Ben do the BEST gel nails! Medicines are fabulous, and massages are amaaaaazing! I always leave feeling like a new woman!!

Ke Nails is great! They always do a nice job. I’ve had manicures and pedicures done and they always come out looking wonderful. Ke is a true artist, she is fast and very talented, she paints beautiful designs on my nails. They all take pride in their work and treat everyone so nice. I look forward to getting my nails done every 2 weeks.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful attention to detail! This place goes above and beyond! My daughter and I always look forward to going! Very clean! I love that you can pay with cash app!

Ke is great! She is skilled and takes her time. The ladies working there are really great, also. There's always nice light music playing. Everything is kept very clean. I get a gel fill and pedicure every 3 weeks, just about. My natural nails underneath have never been longer or healthier.

This is by far, the best nail salon in southeastern Connecticut. Having gone to various salons over the years, I’ve never found one I liked until I started going to see Ke. It is very clean. They follow state regulations to ensure the highest level of sanitation. I watch what they do carefully since I’ve always been concerned about cleanliness at other salons. Their staff is friendly and caring. I like that they don’t pressure anyone to spend extra money on additional services. Although they get busy, they work hard to attend to everyone quickly. If you are ever unhappy, they work to fix the issue, even if it’s a few days later. I will never go anywhere else! I get so many compliments on my nails.

Ke nails does a great job with "regular" pedicures!
I always leave there very satisfied. They clean up your toe nails nicely and the massage on your calves and the wax wrap on your heels is wonderful. Then you get another massage on your shoulders while your feet are under the lights. Ive never had a bad pedicure there. The Price is very fair for all that treatment!

I LOVE IT HERE! They do a fabulous job and really take their time to do your nails exactly how you want them. I even brought my fiancé with me and he got an amazing pedicure and they even gave him a 20 minute shoulder rub. I will absolutely be going back!!

I had a great experience with this place! I have been here twice so far after being recommended by family and they’ve done a great job with my nails! Ke is great at what she does and the staff have been great! I recommend making an appointment before coming in because they do get busy at some points. But they are worth the wait!

Love that atmosphere! It feels very spa like with the soft music and neutral decor. They are very clean and well kept. Love the little details like the stone massage and short back massage at the end of my pedicure! Will keep going back!!

This was the best pedicure i have EVER had. Kevin was amazing and my nails have never looked better. The stone massage was soooo amazing!! I had my 6yr old daughter with me and they were sooo nice to her and didn’t even care that they had to fix the same nail twice Bc she kept touching it. I highly recommend this place!!

Best gel manicure I have ever received! Their prices are really affordable and they accept walk in’s.

This is an amazing place. I went with my niece to get mani-pedis and the people there are all kind and hard
working. On top of that our nails came out perfectly. I don’t understand the bad reviews at all. Out of all the different nail places I’ve been to, I would definitely recommend this one above all.

I've gone here all the time and I watch them clean their tools and they are all very nice ppl. I even asked today if a Natalie Torres ever worked there and they said no. I've been a client since they opened. The only thing I can say is that she does sometimes overbooks but I always leave happy.
