This is the place you want to go for a new phone or any phone issues. Seth was absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my new phone. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I won't go anywhere else because of him. Wonderful experience. Thank you Seth.

I highly recommend Mindy at this Verizon store. I came into the store with a difficult issue (caused by a DIFFERENT carrier.) Mindy worked hours with me to have that issue resolved, and have my original phone number ported BACK to Verizon. Mindy was very professional and personable. I am very grateful to Mindy! When I returned to the store a few days later, Seth was very professional and helpful to me. I highly recommend this Verizon location!

At the risk of sounding super dramatic, Seth (store manager) literally restored my faith in humanity today. At least for today! After an absolutely horrible experience earlier today purchasing a new phone for my daughter at another store, we took a chance that this store would be able to help us with setting up the new phone. We were having issues doing it on our own and the store we purchased it from would not help us. Seth basically embodies everything that has been lost from customer service. He did everything he could to help us, explain things to us, and make everything right for us. And he was so kind and just such a pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Seth. After today we can safely say that, as long as Seth and this store are around, we will never go anywhere else again. A million thank yous for turning our day around!!

The Ellington, CT location is by far the best location I've been to. The manager (Seth) greeted me immediately. They are a bit short staffed, so I had to come back a few hours later as there was a line. However, he was extremely kind. When I came back, he was able to help me and answer all of my questions. He seems to really care about his employees and the consumer. I'm not sure how much caffeine this man had to drink to be so cheery, but it worked. He acted like he really wanted to be there helping us. Being inside of a verizon store is a different kind of atmosphere that's hard to describe. I watched the manager listening to all sorts of weird stories random people were telling him as they waited for stuff to download or whatever. He handled it beautifully. I, on the other hand, had to use all my willpower to not laugh. I hope he has more people apply soon, it got pretty busy while I was there and it was a Sunday. He definitely deserves to be paid way more than what he's making now.

Bryan L and Mindy in Ellington are absolutely the best! They helped me from start to finish and never made me feel stupid or silly even though I walked in rather clueless and asked a million questions! On the first visit I stopped to gather some information and then returned 3 or so minutes before close and they were both just as helpful then as they were today when I went back to complete my transaction!!! They seemed to work really well with each other and being a team goes a long way! In a world where the negative often overshadows the positive I just want to say thank you both sooooo very much!!!

Miss Mindy was the lovely lady who helped me with setting up my new phone. She took the time to show me how it works and answered all my questions.

Russell Cellular in Ellington has excellent customer service and both consultants were very knowledgeable. Several other customers came in while we were there and they received the same excellent service. Mindy and the other agent were friendly and polite. I would recommend this business to anyone.

They were fast and efficient. I setup the purchase through a different store, but they didn't have the phone I wanted. Russell did have the phone in stock and was able to get me and out of the store in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience at the Ellington Verizon store today. Mindy is super knowledgeable with the Apple phones and got my new iPhone 13 all set up!
