great prices on most items. Live the fact that they sell sizes 00... 0 & 1's.
Just my size.Will shop there again.

Employees were FANTASTIC! Store was clean and well organized! Lots of options in sizes and styles!

Ordered on line a woman’s XL dress blouse. Received a 2T boys t shirt. Called the 1-800 # and I was told I have to go to the store to do an exchange. The whole point of ordering online was to not go to the store that is over an hour away. I was so frustrated. I called the Cedar Falls store to see if they could help me. Spoke to the mgr. Sergio and he was so helpful and accommodating. He was able to take care of the exchange and instructions on what to do with the 2T shirt and was so kind and professional. Very grateful for his help!

Well stocked great helpful staff

Very well stocked store. The items were all very nearly organized and easy to locate. Even though the store was fairly full of shoppers there were no lines at the cash registers. It was my best experience in this store in a very long time.

Awesome customer service. I just watched the girl at the changing room go out of her way to ring up a lady who was fresh from knee surgery. She didn't want the woman to stand in the Saturday line.

The sales are the best time to go, 4 outfits 30$, and my daughter thinks I'm "lit" (idk if that's good or bad honestly, but she's happy) so no nagging, and that is priceless!

This is probably the Old Navy I shop at most. We live a little over an hour away and it's the closest one. There's a lot of great other shops nearby + good location.

Haven't been in an Old Navy in years but found several items quickly with available staff assistance.

Good location and has a lot of clothes options. Nice place to shop. Sometimes will run out of items.

I love the products and pricing Old Navy has, but this place also has great customer service.

Had to make a return but they didn't have the size I needed in a long jean but they ordered them online for me and they can to my house in no time 🙃
