First Line Dental Manchester CT | Emergency and Cosmetic Dentistry in Manchester

First time visit. My regular Dentist retired so a friend who I trust recommended I check these people out. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. From beginning to end I was impressed with their super friendly staff. From what I could see the place was clean which is important. I also liked that as the cleaning and x-rays were being performed I was being told what was happening step by step. I am hoping the experience will be as good should I need more invasive type treatments.

Unfortunately had previous work done somewhere else leading to an infected root canal, I showed up to my appointment ant gorgeous smiles and every single person from front desk to the doctor himself all were nothing but helpful. They did everything in their power to help me leave there in no more pain. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Not to mention the custom service is absolutely amazing 👍🏼

My son had two teeth extraction and and Dr Zaynab Khan really nailed it. My son was sacred and crying, she patiently gave him time to relax after each tooth extraction and told mom to comfort him. Nurses and front receptionist were amazingly professional and customer oriented. Thank you Gorgeous Smiles Dental Manchester CT, for being so warm and caring.

This office impressed me every step of the way! From the modern equipment used, to the pleasant, knowledgeable staff, I would highly recommend this location. The front desk was friendly and professional. The dental assistants were fantastic and highly skilled. Regarding the doctor, I felt my dental concerns were understood and a plan of action was put into place immediately. I have never left a dentist's office with the satisfaction I felt today. I look forward to my next visit.

The best staff ever, and Dr. P is the best, I have never felt this comfortable at a dentist appointment before in my life, he talks you through the whole process, is very gentle and answers all your questions. I am so happy I found them. I 1000% recommend!

Was only my initial appointment, but I’m so thankful I was referred to Gorgeous Smiles! They stated they can save a tooth that another dentist recommended I have extracted. My first impression is that the doctors at Gorgeous Smiles actually care about the patient. They don’t take the easy way out, but rather do what is right. They are true professionals and I highly recommend them!!!

Maritza and Joyce were amazing! They made me feel very comfortable and kindly explained what was going to happen to me! I came for my wisdom teeth removal and I was completely freaking out but it went extremely well, Dr.Huang thank you so much! I didn’t feel a thing and it was done pretty quickly. Also the receptionist’s Alisa is the best she always answers the phone and answers all my questions!

Dr. Wong was wonderful with my son getting his teeth pulled. He made him feel at ease and also made the whole process stress-free for my son. I've been very impressed with First Line Dental! The front desk staff are awesome and can always accommodate my scheduling needs. I just started Invisalign with their office after getting a handful of quotes from other offices and their pricing was the most competitive (and included free whitening at the end). The initial consultation was pretty cool too; they were the only office that showed me a 3D rendering of my teeth to compare my teeth currently to what I can expect after treatment. I plan to move my regular preventative cleanings to this office starting in the new year.

They were so helpful, and informative. They made every experience comfortable. I followed up with every recommendation and they were quick to fix any issues or pain I was experiencing. Highly recommend!
