Need to share that today was such a stellar day for service from Lowes.

This morning our refrigerator was delivered. Driver was early but impressively efficient without skipping the service.

I went into the store to correct a few items on the order and add an extended warranty.

Stephanie in the large appliances was very friendly and helpful (as she had been when I ordered the fridge).

I then went to the customer service desk to do the adjustments. All I can say is that Jenny was a Rockstar. She really went the extra mile in assisting me with my transaction and it was truly appreciated. She made my day! Thank you Jenny! Great job Lowes!

Staff was extraordinarily great at the Lisbon location. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. A huge thank you to Bob M in electrical, Jenny at the service desk and especially Angel at checkout!!

Highly recommend, these people know customer service. I’ll never go into a home depot again. Well done Lowe’s, well done indeed

Lisbon Lowes is my favorite Lowes to date even though i had one "confusingly frusterating" experience there...but most of the time the workers at this lowes are what youd hope to run into when you go to one of these type stores,(and jic you need to be informed thoroughly) im speaking about knowledgeable, considerate, humain, personable, understanding , and empathetic ... At least in my experiences 1 out of 20-25 really has landed this Lowes at the top for me . good luck i hope this helps you in your endeavors.

Special shout out to the manager corry he was the best !!! Helped me exchange a brand new dryer i just purchased and found it was nfg...so i purchased another brand and he had his team load it in my truck before I was even done with the paperwork... now thats service. 💯

This morning I asked Tony for assistance in finding a red bird solar light. He looked it up went right to it's location and climed the ladder as high as it would go to get my bird for me!! This employee deserves a 10 star rating not to mention a big fat raise!!! Thank you very much Tony for going out of your way and not giving up on finding the bird solar light !! I'm coming back for another and because of you I know where they are.

The store is always well stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Emily helped me find a creative solution for retrofitting a space to make it wheelchair accessible. Her expertise and thorough knowledge of store inventory saved the day!

Spent a fair amount of time in APPLIANCES and our sales associate - STEPHANIE - was absolutely fantastic!

Excellent service as they go that extra mile to find things for you. Lisbon Lowe's has been my go to store since losing my husband just a short time ago! I am clueless and they are full of knowledge and helpful tips.

A few weeks ago I needed several bags of mulch. I was prepared to haul them myself when a couple a nice lady employees helped load them into my cart and then into my car. I was thrilled. I love the Lisbon store.

Just moved to the area and stopped to pick up a few things. There were employees ready to help me find things everywhere I went, and checking in with me if I looked confused trying to find what I wanted. At checkout, an employee offered to ring me up even though the regular registers were closed, which was awesome because I hate using the scan and go. Every interaction was super pleasant and cheerful, even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day for everyone.
Also love that guests can access wifi, since big concrete buildings destroy cell phone service.

Thanks again to the customer service department for being patient while I was busy with a friend in line ! I would like to give a huge shout out to Joel he was so helpful and professional he helped clear out and reorganize my trunk to fit a mini fridge ! It shows the effort and pride of doing a great job any situation and for that I sincerely Thank you! I didn't forget !

Our AC died in the middle of a great wave. The customer service confirmed over the phone that they were in stock. When I got there I had help finding the AC units and also an employee offered to grab me a flat bed as well! The cashier was pleasent and the Overall trip was decent!

I needed help finding a part, and a the nicest, most knowledgeable man was able to help me in the Plumbing department! It was the best experience I have ever had at a hardware store! Will definitely not be going to home Depot any more! I Believe the gentlemans name who helped me was Greg, but he was a very tall and helpful guy, so he would be hard to miss! He deserves recognition for the above and beyond level of service he provides!

I spend much money at my local Home Depot, but on occasion, only Lowe's has the item I need, so I travel 30 minutes to this store (most recently, I wanted "RevolutionPly"). What a difference! The folks here are lovely, always friendly and very accommodating. Most recently I was trying to re-create a lost receipt from a purchase made 4 months ago. No problem! I could go on, but I'll just say I'm always glad to make the drive to Dayville Lowe's, and the Lisbon Lowe's as well.
