My 6 year old loves this playground it has plenty of things to do and big , sometimes crowded and parking fills up . Has a really cool Zipline that forms a line so make sure your kid isn't the one hoging the Zipline and make sure there sharing turns and fun fast slides . A safe place to go just watch your child and have fun.

Loved the park has a lot of entertaining apparatuses, they also have a basketball court and a few other things to occupy your time. Oh the skate park was one of the coolest to be quite honest. Not to mention they have a swing ride , just beware of where you stand 😉 lol overall great clean park , the kids will love it. They all have a beautiful scenery right across the street by the water.

Clean, safe and fun (only need to watch for randos walking through the park from the train station). Has recreation for various ages and a covered area providing shelter and shade. There was a porta-potty but I believe they remove it during off season.

Put my paddle board in here - waters a bit fast moving to go up river but nice spot with softball fields and park and stuff

Nice playground / park area. Clean. Tables and benches. Tennis courts. Skate park. Fields. Boat launch across street to canoe or kayak in Housatonic.

Great place to stop in New Milford for a coffee by the river or kayak and walk on the river trail.

A very enjoyable place for young children and can even be enjoyable for older audiences. The park is only open from 30 min before sunrise to 30 min after sunset.

Great Park. Fun for the older kids as some the playground items are designed for teenagers. There is a specific younger child section as well suitable for maybe 3+

I'm amazed at what they did to this place. One of the coolest playgrounds around and I was happy to see some old ideas from when I was a kid (spinning rides, for example) making a come back. This is a great place for kids 3 or 4 but especially 5 and up. Very diverse setup and there's a half decent skate park about 30 yards away which is cool too!

We love this park especially now that they have revamped and added all the new play ground equipment. Great place to fly a kite or play frisbee. There is also a small skate park, basketball court, and tennis court.

Nice small public park right by the center of town. Tennis courts, skateboard park, & a couple baseball fields. The town is also trying to extend the walking path along the river which I think would be a FANTASTIC idea and hope it happens sooner then later.

great launch point for SUP boarding and kayaking but the current is strong so it will take about 2 seconds to go a mile downstream and then about an hour getting back! (depending on your paddle game..)

They have renovated it this year. It feels much safer for the kids to play and I don't have fear that they will fall off. the have this cool swing that whips around. My son had a blast on that.

We love this park. Its in a great location, close to the river trail and to the town green. We can hang out at the playground and then walk up the hill to have dinner or ice cream or go to a movie.

Great park! Lots of kids! My toddler has so much fun here and the zipline/swing is so cool!

Playing fields on one side and the river walk on the other. It's a beautiful place for a short walk or to have a picnic.

It’s a great park but I have a memory my mom tried to commit suicide in 1996, A passerby walking their dog saw my mom in the car and called the police Thank you who ever you were thank you 😇💕

You can relax by the river rent a kayak and go on the river,or just walk,go in the park and play baseball, tennis, skating bring the kids to play in the kids play park it's an all around relaxing fun for all
