Baker's Dozen of Plainfield

I thoroughly enjoy going to this location. Coffee is far better than Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff are always friendly and kind. The donuts and the bagels are freshly made and you can taste the difference compared to the other coffee shops in the area.

Passing through with a delivery and this wonderful coffee and bakery shop was around the corner from the receiver! We parked and walked 3 mins to enjoy warm everything bagels and coffee. Not to mention the delightful and kind hostess/cashier!!! If you are ever in Plainfield CT make the drive!!

Every weekend my fur babies and I go.. pull to the speakers and the min I say hi.. they already know what I want 99% of the time ... med hot coffee and 2 sides of bacon for my puppers..

Wow what a amazing way to start my day. Friendly voice at the drive thru clearly understood my order. And .. the coffee wow amazing , sandwich was delicious. Would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you all at bakers dozen.

Love bakers dozen especially their winter flavors. Service is fast the prices are fair especially considered to trash dunkin. Always pretty women with great attitude and best service

I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich and donut with a good cup of coffee. Everything was delicious. The staff was kind and we bought some of these macaroons at the register, which were a favorite.

Rachael is awesome. Shop is always chean when I come in and staff friendly and everything is delicious! I visit quite often from out of State and look forward to another visit when I'm in town.

Delicious bagels, donuts, and good coffee, friendly, and courteous service every time I have been there, multiple locations also.

Get the Fat Boy! Good friendly service, clean tables, good coffee.

The food and drinks are always delicious here. I recommend the Fat Boy breakfast sandwich, it always hits the spot!

Always good at this location. Workers are always pleasant, friendly and smile. Good unique options you don't see at Dunkin. Price was comparable to others and they are usually very fast at drive through.....which I can't say the same for at the other two big names. Plus gluten free bagels for your morning sandwiches, etc.

I run on Dunkin. Been told to try it since we moved here 4 years ago, finally did and to my surprise they had my favorite flavor. White chocolate! Dunkin only has it around Christmas time and sometimes not at all. For someone who literally runs on Dunkin, I now run on the bakers dozen!

I love the atmosphere the service was nice the food was ok.

Best coffee, donuts, and pastry of any place around. Store is always clean and for the most part the service is good. Appreciate the free donut for seniors. Only negative is one particular counter girl who is always out in left field when she waits on you but that's not enough to give a bad review.

Just passing through town seem to have a pretty good rating so I stopped in did not disappoint and they do serve with a SMILE the raspberry cheesecake doughnut is absolutely delicious …
The latte tasted A little different from what I’m used to at home of course but it was pretty good overall but the service was fabulous !!!!

This local business chain is rocking it in the customer service department!

We are always willing to go out of our way to get their donuts. The speed at which the drive through moves and their attention to detail in getting the order right the first time solidifies in my mind where I want to go when I'm in a hurry and don't want any additional frustrations in my day.
