Rosauers Supermarkets

The grocery store, Rosauers, is employee owned. Always friendly service. Good inventory. Their homemade bakery makes the best products for a reasonable price. They also have lots of wine choices & a nice deli.

My wife and I went to this store for the first time and we were totally blown away with this place. I have never seen a cleaner and well organized grocery store in my life. The produce was super fresh, the baked goods were made fresh daily, the deli was well staffed and had a wide assortment of hot and cold food with a coffee shop attached and even a dining area to eat in store. I was so impressed with this store that I have decided it's the only place we will grocery shop from now on.

Did not catch her name but she is an old gal there at the self checkout who is pretty dang great at her job! Some customers were being rude to her prior to helping me and I had an on sale item that was not properly marked in the system, so it came up as full price. I was dealing with my own issues and did not realize that I should have warned her prior to setting up the sale in the machine that it was EBT, because the incident with other customers treating her badly just before coming up to me; so the transaction did not go through. There were several other customers waiting and agitated, I believe it was the night before or the day before a holiday.

I said to her, "Don't worry, I really do appreciate you, I understand how it is, and it is not ok even if you're disgruntled",
"something similar to that", and she said, "thank you, it hurts, sucks, and I don't want to do it anymore", now I could tell she was the type of person that keeps it in and becomes hardened by it, and gets her job done, she is tough. She would not normally say that to a customer but they were being exceptionally rude.

I told her I would just take back the Halloween gingerbread house and not to cause anymore trouble but she went out of her way to recode the entire transaction and enter the sale so that I could get it and do it with my son (little did she know), I said I truly did appreciate her, and she said I am glad someone does.

I had to say something because she is one reason I still come back to Rosauers. Rosauers is out of my way, I sometimes stop in when I am near my storage unit.

I wish I could have gotten her name but if she ever sees this, thank you.

Also the food is always fresh, handmade, and bomb!!!! Come here for real!!!

Quality groceries at affordable prices (get cash back if you use the Upside App). The staff always go out of their way to help customers and are easy to talk to.

Came in for some groceries around 3pm. I figured to help myself to a 1/2 dozen doughnuts. I was hugely impressed to find them still fresh and tasty. I can only imagine what the experience is like getting doughnuts in the morning from the bakery, but I presume it is sublime. These are quality doughnuts.

Is super clean , amazing selection, the freshest of produce , a natural market inside for those whom want all organic and alternative foods , extremely helpful staff , pricing is a Lil high with some items.... but you get what you pay for i say !!!!! Is worth the extra for all the services and selection of quality products that you are provided ! All super.markets could model from them !!!!!!!!!!

A little bit of everything from a good meat selection, fresh produce and a great cafeteria snack area. Definitely the best grocery store on this end of town.

They have everything you need. Even sock monkeys! Love the organic section, tons of healthy choices like fig bars and natural shampoo. Plus they have a cozy little lounge with a fireplace and free WiFi. Open late until midnight!

I grew up with this Rosauer's. It is always clean and well-stocked. I miss the restaurant.

The store is clean with a logical layout. The staff is inviting and helpfull. They have a great selection of different brands and a section set aside for whole foods. The bakery has a wide variety of goodies and they have the best apple fritters and ginger cookies!

The deli is always delicious! Always get my fresh fruit here, and their bakery is the best in town. My go to for every family cake! Staff are also always nice as well!

Clean, well stocked, nice variety of groceries. Excellent bakery! Somewhat higher prices than other grocery stores here. But the friendliness of their staff is worth the extra price!

Best deli and bakery in missoula! Donuts are so yummy! Carmel bran muffins are ridiculously delicious and moist! Fried chicken, great to bring to potluck!

Travel tip, most Rosaures have a deli area with tables. Stop in. Pick up some fresh food. Enjoy the sitting area with restrooms nearby and get back on your travel plans. Little diamonds in the rough on road trips
