Quality Inn Plainfield I-395

I have been staying here for over a month and I have received some of the best service from an amazing staff. My room is always clean and the staff has been extremely polite and attentive to my needs. Thank you all very much.

Stopped here for a 34 hr reset on a Sunday night. Service to check in was prompt and friendly, had laundry (coin op), room to park a truck or two, clean comfortable room and a good price.
They have a nice looking pool, but I did not try it out.

Located right off the freeway, this location was easy to find. I got a king bed upstairs that was clean, roomy, & spacious. (Elevator works!) My room had a fridge, tv, tub, microwave, a/c, and was QUIET. I had the best night’s sleep since starting my cross-country road trip! Honestly…IMO, this was just as nice as staying at a Holiday Inn but a fraction of the cost (FYI, use the Choice Hotels site to book because it’s less expensive!) Happy (and safe) travels!

It's a bit older but price reflects that. Working in the area and it's clean warm and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here ... clean, comfortable & great breakfast. It is a great accommodation for the price. I would stay again if I'm ever passing through.

Check in was seamless and the person who checked us in was very kind, informative and friendly- even at midnight! The rooms were clean and comfy, bathrooms were clean and stocked. Staff was available and willing to help at anytime. Breakfast was stocked and had multiple options. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed here for one night and we loved it. My daughter loved it. The hotel and room was extremely clean. Everyone who worked there when we visited was extremely nice and polite. The free breakfast was delicious and surprisingly had A lot of choices. I recommend this hotel and will be back.

The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was okay. The night we arrived the sheets were dirty. I spoke to the front desk and she immediately grab a fresh set of sheets and made the bed. We stayed in a hot tub one king size bed suite. Everything was clean except for the Sheets, plenty of towels and toiletries. The room temperature was fair when we went in the room not-too-hot not-too-cold.

Stayed one night for business. Couldn't find my phone and thought I dropped it outside my truck. I asked at the desk if it got turned in, and the GM Dhaval Petal helped me look for what seemed like forever (it was starting to get dark). Did find it inside the truck after Mr Patel called it numerous times. Rest of my stay was as expected, nice room, clean bathroom, several breakfast options, good coffee... But very helpful staff!

Was traveling for holiday and last minute needed to book a room for the week with our dog they are pet friendly and they have an outdoor pool stayed the week and will return

My daughter, 3 grandchildren and I were treated like family! Any requests were available AND we were even offered things that we didn’t request!
We needed to extend our stay several times during our visit and they accommodated us each time with friendliness and a smile.
We would recommend staying here.

Very clean, very friendly people, easy access, right off the highway with a gas station and food near by. Breakfast was typical and good.

Our room was clean , Breakfast was good as well. Staff was very friendly.

One of the better hotels in the area, based on my experience. Everything is clean, the place is quiet, staff is very friendly, and they have a decent little fitness center with free weights. Food and shops within walking distance. No complaints!

The staff was VERY frendly and helpful.
The room was one of the best rooms i have stayed in, very clean, very comfertable.
The breakfast was outstanding, the had hot & cold items to consume.
Would stay here again before going anywhere else.

Staff is very courteous, room was clean, breakfast was good! Internet was very reliable. Plenty of parking. Will stay again if my travels take me in that direction.

Nice clean hotel room, no funky smells, front desk staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Nice size room.
I would recommend this hotel if your randomly looking for a place to stay ....

Best hotel I’ve stayed in 20 min from Foxwoods. This will be my hotel of choice every time I come to the area I’ve been to almost every hotel in the area this one is all new updates clean clean clean. Real egg omelette breakfast included. For the price nothing even comes close. Friendly staff highly motivated employees.
