Hillcrest Park Apartments

I have lived at Hillcrest for 2 years now and I LOVE IT!! The club house staff are some of the nicest people ever and they always organize fun activities and giveaways for residents! My favorite has been the pumpkin painting contest! I definitely recommend living here it’s close to campus and the perfect living space for college students!

So much fun to live at hillcrest! It is a welcoming environment. Maintenance and staff are helpful and accommodating. Many extra perks come with living at Hillcrest, such as drawings for prizes, meals, activities, and crafts at the Clubhouse. The clubhouse is also a great place to study, play games, sit pool side, and exercise. I have gained many friends through living at Hillcrest. Highly recommend.

I love living at hillcrest! The staff is super nice and is always planning fun events. Apartments are updated, great amenities, and a really safe place to live. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I have lived here about 7 months now and I really enjoy it. They are super nice if you ever have issues. All of the amenities are amazing especially the printer and homework area is super nice to use. They have so many fun events especially during the first week of school and during finals week, it is nice to have a distraction from classes. It was definitely the best decision I made on where to live.

A great place to live for those students who are looking to transition out of the dorm life! Affordable rent, close to campus, and many amenities included. Plus, lots of fun events/activities or meals for holidays and finals hosted at the Club House that you don't want to miss out on!

Hillcrest is a great place to live! It is the perfect blend of the dorms and a house. You don't have to worry about mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, or fixing any issues wrong with the apartment like you would in a house. However, it is much more space than the dorms. Hillcrest also has a great club house with a friendly staff! :) I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to live!

I have absolutely loved living at Hillcrest! This is my second year living here. It has so many things to offer including a pool, basketball court, sand volleyball and more. The clubhouse is an awesome place to come and do homework. The location is perfect and rent is reasonable. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest to anyone looking for student housing! It's where your friends live, so why not?

Hillcrest is a great place to live! The apartments are very nice and the club house has a lot of great resources such as a fitness center, free tanning, printing, and more. My favorite thing about Hillcrest is the friendly college environment and all of the activities the club house puts on for residents. The activities really bring together the residents and help you meet new people.

I really enjoy living at Hillcrest! The rent is a great price for all the amenities you receive. One of my favorite things about Hillcrest is that they provide a washer and dryer for each apartment. I also love the gym, pool, and tanning that are included in your rent. I live with my 3 friends and we are renewing our lease to live here again next year! I highly recommend Hillcrest to all!

I have really loved my first few months of living at Hillcrest. I appreciate the resources available like: in unit washer and dryer, free wifi, free printing (with own paper), gym access and the pool! There are great spaces to meet with friends who also live here. Hillcrest also does a great job of putting together fun activities to help students & residents build connections. Would recommend!

Love living here. Nice environment for families and college kids. Great free resources to use such as a volleyball court, basketball court, disc golf course, gym, study areas, pool table and more. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I chose to live at Hillcrest for the 18-19 school year. This is a great apartment complex. It is fairly close to campus, has its own gym, and has a great place to study. The rooms at Hillcrest are very nice, spacious, and clean. I had heard nothing but great reviews when talking to people and would recommend anyone going to UNI to look into this apartment complex. It is very affordability to live here and most apartments are fairly expensive.

Hillcrest Park Apartments are awesome! I love living here and I love my apartment! The bus system is great along with their great workout center. The Hillcrest Clubhouse puts on numerous events that are fun and gets everyone in the apartment complex involved! Again, a great place to live and I would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to live off campus!

I have loved living in Hillcrest Apartments. It is a great transition from the dorms. The apartments are nice and the bedroom are decent in size. The clubhouse is a great place to go to be able to get homework done. It's never to loud and all the chairs are comfortable. I would definitely recommend Hillcrest.

I highly recommend to come live at Hillcrest Apartments! It brought my roommates and I so close. I came in with randoms and now they are my best friends. They also have amazing amenities, like a pool, grills, a frezbe golf course, tanning, computers and printers, a hangout area with a kitchen, a game room and a workout room. Hillcrest also does fun activities through out the year so you are always connected with them! I promise you won’t regret living here at Hillcrest!

I absolutely love living at Hillcrest. Hillcrest's clubhouse is the best place to study, workout, tan, or just relax with friends. I love that it is open 24 hours and has so many great resources. The apartments are nice considering the low cost of renting, and maintence is always so good about handling any issues with your apartment! Highly recommend living here during college.

I chose to live at Hillcrest for the 18-19 school year because of the affordability but also the amenities that are included. Some of the amenities include free printing, the nice study areas, the shuttle busses that can take you to school. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and the washer and dryer being included in the apartment is a big plus. I have heard many good things about Hillcrest and I’m glad that I have chose to live here while i’m attending school. I highly recommend looking here for a place to live while attending school.

Hillcrest has been an amazing place to meet friends that will last a lifetime. Great amenities like the pool, tanning bed, workout room, and free printing are all things to take advantage of. Living here has been a great opportunity and i am looking forward to another year being surrounded by the awesome staff and residents!

I love living at Hillcrest. They are located super close to the UNI campus and provide so many amenities (i.e. computer lab, gym, pool, tanning beds, etc.). The apartments are a pretty good size with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also, the staff are really friendly and put on great events, so that's a plus.

It was a great choice choosing to live in Hillcrest. The apartment was perfect for myself and three friends. And all of the additional features that Hillcrest offers are fantastic! There is a great clubhouse to use, a workout facility, printing, tanning, movies, and it is all included in your rent. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to choose Hillcrest!
