Cedar Valley Property Management

I moved in recently and absolutely love it. The property was extremely clean and although we had a couple of hiccups, Peggy has been on top of dealing with them ASAP. I don't understand how they don't have better reviews and would take the bad ones with a grain of salt.

Be transparent, honest, pay your bills on time and you shouldn't have any problems.

Cedar Valley property management was great to work with. Maintenance issues were addressed with urgency and they gave my the flexibility i needed when i was in the market for a house

Can't say enough about how professional the management team is at Cedar Valley Property Management. Both Tim & Peggy are efficient and professional to work with. I called last minute and they were able to accommodate me to move in right away! Coming from out of town, Tim even recommended both hotel and restaurant options for me and made me feel right at home! They are both very attentive to anything that may need fixing as well. My experience has been great!

Cedar Valley Property Management is terrific to rent through and to work with.I have rented from them twice the first time for over a year, and the second time for just under a year. And I would rent from them again. The apartments are generously spacious and the rent is more then affordable. I sincerely wish I could stay but work won't allow it. I highly recommend them for they fully earned and deserve my recommendation.

Every time I contacted the landlord he responded quickly. He also worked with me while I was out of state to find the right apartment for me, even though it was definitely a hassle. Cedar Valley Property Management has always been friendly, prompt, and understanding while I have been renting from them.

I never had a problem with Cedar Valley Management. I lived in Campus Courts and they get to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I decided to live in another property managed by Cedar Valley Property Management and I'm hopeful that they continue to be a great company to rent from!

Whenever I have an inquiry they respond to my emails promptly, anytime I've needed something maintenanced someone has been sent out in a timely fashion & kept me updated. It was a very quick and understandable process to get the unit I have on short notice. My apartment looks very well kept even though it's in an older building. I think I pay a very reasonable price for my unit. I've rented from CVPM for going on 8 months now and so far no complaints !

I love my experience so far with Cedar Valley Property Management! The landlord is great. They are awesome with helping us with the house if it needs fixing or any problems with the house. So far they have been awesome!!

When we moved to Cedar Falls 3 years ago, we needed an apartment. Our family introduced us to CVPM and we rented an apartment from them. Since then, we have lived in 2 different locations and at both locations, they have been very efficient in providing assistance regarding maintenance or upgrading. That's the reason if any our family members need to rent an apartment in another city of Iowa we ask them for the referral. They are simply the best!

Tim is a great landlord. He gets back to us right away when we have questions and he is always willing to make adjustments and accomadations. He is fair and realistic and by far one of the best people I have rented from.

I've had excellent service from CVPM. They've delivered all they promised and more, and provided very nice accommodation for me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Cedar Falls -- they certainly have the best service and selection of anyone around!!

Fantastic rental experience! Rented through them for 6 years at several different properties. Any rare issues that occurred were resolved quickly and professionally.
