UnityPoint Clinic Therapy – Prairie Parkway

We have always had a wonderful experience with the therapists here. They are wonderful and thoroughly explain everything they are doing. They listen to you and answer all of your questions. They have worked wonders with our preemie son. We are so blessed to have them on our care team!

My husband and I both go and they listen to you. They made it so we could both be in at the same time. They are so nice!

The people here are not friendly, they don't call you back. They got approval a week ago for therapy and I STILL don't have a appointment. I called them 1st thing this am after no call backs from the previous days messages and she said there waiting on a response to a email they sent asking how many visits. They can get started without that info AND she proceeds to tell me there booking out to July 19th which I HIGHLY doubt.. so someone that needs help and you have to wait a month I'm not buying it.

Have no insurance and I went there because I was sick and I did not want a corona test because I knew that wasn’t it. But since I had one of the 900000 symptoms they had to do it and charged me 300 bucks just for the test. Very dirty place who are just there for a paycheck and not because they actually care about people.
