Delivery was on time, both employees were fast efficient and very professional. They made sure I was comfortable with the product before leaving. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to over sell me, just made sure I was getting what I needed. I would highly recommend making your next bed purchase with Midwest Mattress, not only good product and great staff but, also a locally owned and operated business.

They were extremely friendly and cared about my comfort and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood the process of working the remote control.. they made sure that any material that was left from the packaging was probably removed from my home 🏠 and left it spotless.. thank you gentlemen. Doug and Levi are awesome. This might be the best furniture delivery I have ever had. Everything worked seamlessly and Doug and Levi brought my new mattress upstairs and into my unit quickly. They put a mattress from a different bedroom into the other bedroom and then put the new mattress where the old one had been. I appreciated that because it would’ve been difficult for me to do it by myself. Plus they love cats which automatically makes them good people in my book. I would not hesitate to recommend these drivers. They clearly care about their work.

My mother and I bought a mattress at Midwest Mattress in Cedar Falls because the mattress felt super comfy for less than we could find something comparable anywhere else we looked in store and online. We worked with Brady, who was knowledgeable, patiently answered a plythera of questions, and was a no-pressure salesman. We don't have the mattress home yet, so I can't give informed input on that. If the mattress is as good as we think it'll be, we will definitely go back the next time we mattress shop!

Great experience mattress shopping. I worked with Brady and he helped us find the perfect mattress fairly quickly. What they provide for warranty and service is above what you'll find from competing big name stores in the area. I would highly recommend shopping here

Very happy with the customer service, they upgraded our frame just to make the delivery time, which was much needed since we just moved into a new home and had no bed to sleep on!
