I have never experienced a business that has been so professional, responsible and reliable. The speed and quality of the crew and workmanship are second to none. Good work on both roof and gutters, great cleanup in yard after roof. Very poor communications and not aggressive to get paid. Waiting for a bill and hope no surprises. Would probably go more local but their Mexican roof crew was outstanding and estimator when contact was made, but poor followup though they are very busy.

I contacted this company in may after being referred to them by another local company that was booked to look at my roof for a leak. I called many times before someone actually came out. They said nothing was wrong but it was still leaking. They came out again and figured out the problem. I paid them and they did the job. They said it shouldn’t leak anymore and to contact them if issues. It continued to leak and I called and called and texted and left voicemails and they refuse to help. Horrible customer service. Poor quality. DO NOT USE

This company is a joke, they send out an employer to give estimate, they let him go and now they will not honor anything he has agreed to do. They are not honorable and should not have a license to work on anything. Very rude and are not timely. Been a year since the damage to house, and just NOW deciding they do not want to work on house. Ridiculous.

Terrible company. Wrong shingles, broken skylight (then laided shingles over it), broken siding that they promised to come back and fix (still haven't). List goes on and on. They dont care they took the money and ran... Please do yourself a favor, stay away from these clowns.

They lack pride an honor in their work. They are fast on tear done an put up always on one day.
