The two employs working at the front desk were two of nicest people I have ever met. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room also had a spa bath which was very nice and relaxing. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Needed a hotel quickly to get off the road during the recent snow storm and this was the perfect place. Alicia was extremely welcoming and friendly and great customer service!

This is a mainstay for us when in the Ft Dodge area. The pool is great for the kids, and the rooms are clean and nice. The gathering areas near the check-in counter are accommodating for large family breakfasts or to lounge together over tea. If you are going for the hot tub experience, be sure to ask if it's working.

Clean comfortable room. Bed was a little too "springy" compared to what I'm used to but it was comfortable enough. I love the crisp clean fresh white linens! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was delicious, more than I expected for a continental breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area.

Fix your damn hottub!!!! And your ‘lounge’ is ridick with only 2 types of beer on the menu! Lol

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and nicely appointed with quality white linens, a fridge, microwave, a desk, a wardrobe, 2 nightstands and an armchair. TV too, of course, but we didn't turn that on. Due to Covid, the included breakfast was mostly cold foods, but there was a DIY waffle iron and batter dispenser. Also, 24- hour coffee station with wide selection of options. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.

After about 9 hours on the road we stood here. There were four of us. Front desk lady was super polite and accommodating. Pool was open and ready. Room was very clean. Had a fridge, microwave, closet and old school amenities like an iron board. TV features were great. Also, complimentary breakfast.

Best customer service and hospitality. Clean hotel, tentative employees, and great breakfast! Our work crew has been staying here (we're from out of town) for several months, If there's any problem, their staff will take care of it! And I've seen them do it for a lot of people. Great place

Staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are clean, and the amenities this hotel has to offer are awesome. The morning front desk manager is wonderful and very helpful!! Definitely will be coming back!

Woke up this morning, thankful for another day my Lord. Appreciative of being able to stay in lovely places such as this one. Breakfast is such an important part of everyone's day. As well as a good night's rest, which you can find both right here. Clean, well kept rooms, great services, and kind & considerate employees. Impressive pool area. Family friendly, relaxing environment. Come for your first time or add another night to your frequent flyer miles. This is worth your stay.

I have stayed and continue to stay at many hotels, both for work and family. More recently, we had an emergency and had to stay in hotels for an extended period of time. After finding this hotel and trying it out, we won’t go elsewhere. Hands down, this is where I would prefer to stay out of any place in Iowa. Main reasons can be summed up in two words, hospitality and service! The manager and people who work here are excellent. The rooms are big, clean and very nice. Everything is up to date, in good condition and works great. Great location and atmosphere too.

If you need a hotel in Fort Dodge, look no further and stay here. Debbie at the front desk is a real gem who went above and beyond to extend good customer service, and I hope management appreciates her. Thank you Debbie. The hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast was great. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great! From entering til leaving, our family had the best experience. We were sceptical that the king suite with a sofa bed would be big enough for our older family of 4. Desk offered to let us view the room and if not satisfactory, move us immediately to another. Room was beautiful, but since I would be sleeping on the sofa bed, we opted for connecting King rooms. Again, gorgeous and we were all satisfied with the room extras (whirlpool tub, fireplace, etc). Hubby enjoyed the lounge (Planet 70?), while we were swimming. Front clerk or manager was awesome. Definitely adding Americans as a hotel chain to stay at for future trips.

The room is beautiful and clean and the bed is nice and soft They have breakfast from 6 am to 10 am You feel like this is home away from home So when you are traveling why dont you stop here and have fun The food is out of this world .

Conveniently located near the medical Center. Clean room and beautiful indoor pool. Hot breakfast in the morning and cold beverages in the evening at the pub. Within walking distance of great cuisine as well as fast food places.

Very impressed with the service this hotel provides!! The staff was exceptionaly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, quiet & equipped with all your needs, bed was amazingly very comfortable, and the breakfast was top notch!! I definitely recommend this hotel as your place to stay!! It is worth every penny!!

My mother-in-law had a heart attack and was in the hospital, this was by far the best hotel that our big family has stayed at, staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and very nice, pool and hot tub was amazing, rooms were very quiet and everything was very memorable!!!
