Great experience as always. I've come here during breakfast and lunch times and both have been amazing!

Friendliness could be better as well the service food wad good though little skimpy on the filling though shoulda been more in inside soft shell

Food was fresh and delicious! Service was exceptional. We had to wait some time due to a problem with the fryer. They made sure the food and fries were fresh and added some complimentary cookies. Thank you.

Our food was hot and fresh. Not too salty fries. Overall good experience.

They had my order ready for pickup at the window. I barely had to stop.

I got mcdonalds tonight around 9 in Fort Dodge, Iowa off Ave O W and though the workers were severely understaffed (it looked like there were only two workers) and the place was busy they did an amazing job with our food. My order was made correctly and they remembered to put no cheese on my burger. They did a wonderful job managing many orders and getting them out quickly and well made despite having to deal with very disrespectful customers that have clearly never worked a service job in their life. I hope these workers can get the recognition they deserve for handling this situation so well!

Brought tray of food to my table. I was standing around because I was on long trip. They gave me 5 packets of ketchup and 5 salt. Waste. Bor a big Mac and fries.

Food is always good and the waitress are the best

My go to order at McDonald's is a Quarter Pounder w/cheese with Big Mac toppings. Some locations struggle to figure this special order out, but this location delivered perhaps the best version I've gotten at any McDonald's! Freshly cooked, perfect and generous amount of Mac sauce, shredded lettuce, small diced onion, pickles, and two slices of cheese (like you get with a QP w/cheese). Very fast service through the drive through.

We had a huge to go order with many modifications to the sandwiches like no pickles and such and they got it correct. Their service was fast and their employees are very all around a great place to go

Not the same as it used to be. Foods are either cold, or wrong and you can tell when we employees/ mangers are being lazy.

Amazing customer service! My family stopped for breakfast on our trip down from Iowa to Oklahoma and my daughter had left her lovely Lambie at the Restaurant that morning. 4 hours away we realized it. Called and Chelsea had saved her for us. She knew all stuffies were special. Thank goodness for her kindness and attention. She said she would mail it to us that day to our location in okc. My daughter has asked about lost lambie for an hour now but I know in my heart she'll have her soon. Thank you so much to the staff of this McDonald's. We are forever grateful for saving our daughters Lambie and saving our trip and us a trip from having to waste gas to go back and get her. Oxox the Davis family.

They were much faster at lunch today than usual. And my order was even correct. Very impressive today.

This restaurant was located out by college it was so so much nicer neater cleaner in every way !

Fast service, great food, order is correct every time we go through the drive thru, would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fast friendly service an quality food.

The young men working today were awesome, friendly greeted each person as they came in the door. They were also having fun at work.
