I bought a washer from them about 8 yrs ago & was happy with the staff and no problems with the washer since then. Last week my refrig went out on me. After i had it checked, i was told it cost to much to repair. I went to another place but it would be about 5 days to deliver. I decided to go local and went to Adel Appliances and found one. It had a dent in it and they gave me a lower price and they delivered it about 15 minutes after i got home. They took out my broken one for $15. The price of the fridge includes delivery! They had to take off the doors of my home & helped me move things in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the service & will go back again! Thank you

Chris with Adel TV & Appliance made a service call to check our geothermal. He noted all aspects of the work done on his invoice ticket. Adel TV has always gone beyond the normal to be sure the job is done right! Highly recommend Adel TV!

I had a lot of anxiety over our refrigerator going out. I shopped online, and every place that I checked would be quite a wait! Since my husband is from this area, he told me to call Adel TV & Appliance. I didn't know what to say, but once I called and talked with them, they were so friendly and helpful and were able to deliver it the very next day! They were able to set up the new one, take away the old one, and were very good at their work! I'm very impressed with the service and highly recommend them!!!

My refrigerator was on the fritz. The service tech was courteous, accommodating of my schedule, and very knowledgeable (there didn't appear to be any "guess-work"). My fridge is back to 100%. I'd have spent more than 3X the repair amount to replace the appliance. Thanks, B!

I worked with these guys for years installing Geo systems. Have had them work on my furnace and my grandmother's. They do great wirk. They are local and family owned. I recommend them to everyone.

Kudos to Adel TV and Appliances. We bought a new Whirlpool fridge from them just before Easter and had problems with the ice maker freezing on the outside from the start. They came out and added a new insulation kit as instructed by Whirlpool. It didn't help. Their tech came out last Friday to take a look and called Whirlpool to ask what their solution was. They said that they would ship another kit directly to me. Imagine my surprise when Adel TV called yesterday afternoon and said that they have a brand new fridge for me. Great customer service!
