Owning an Airstream in Iowa has been a challenge due to the limited number of qualified AS technicians. DJ’s have been a game changer for us. They provide high quality skilled services along with great tips and advice while treating you like a good neighbor! What a find!

Scott fixed our Keystone Cougar the night before we were supposed to head out for a family camping trip. He and his wife were courteous and fair and showed us where to look if it ever happened again. He knows his stuff! We will call him next time we need something for our camper for sure. Hard to find good people like this!

Well no trip ever goes without troubles. With I 80 being so bumpy, we had to take the RV to the shop for someone to look at the antenna and wires. Something came loose and we have no music and the shade bolt came out and was just hanging there. Oh well, stuff happens. I have to say that DJ’s RV Service in Adel, IA were a God send. DJ’s RV Service was a lifesaver to me. During an intense Iowa rainstorm, my Airstream developed a leak. My dealer was back in Oregon and all of the Midwest dealers were scheduled out 3-6 months. DJ was able to get me in quickly, diagnosed the leak, made the repair before any more rain hit the trailer. Communication was excellent! They also provided general RV tips and tricks that I found very useful as a novice RVer. I recommend DJ’s RV service to anyone with RV needs.

We are on vacation and had a clogged AC line. We tried to fix it and long story short we needed some help. 😃 Scott was so helpful and squeezed us in. He repaired the line and charged us less the his original quote! We live in KC without any Airstream dealers or shops so I guess we will have to drive north, camp a bit and leave our 06 Bambi in Scott’s good hands the next time we need work done!

Scott installed ordered and installed new axles on our Argosy. He also removed old furnace and installed a new furnace.
We also needed a quote for hail damage on our Airstream which he completed quickly in a very thorough manner.

Scot is very good about giving you an assessment of what is wrong with your trailer (Jayco) and is good about getting the work done in a timely manner. He is very good about giving you a reasonable estimate for good quality service.

Rv winterizing performed in timely manner and extreme caution to have a quality job done. Went above and beyond to take a look at my roof when he didn’t have too.

I was lucky enough to get their help when I was in need. They came right over and assisted me with an issue I had with the smell of gas and my furnace not turning on.
