Wow! Bailey was good old fashioned customer service at its finest. She navigated helping me get my new line set up for the best price, while also helping an elderly lady who was struggling. My phone was completely out of commission thanks to my 2 year old daughter throwing it on the ground. I needed a quick solution for a working phone, as I needed my phone for work. I had already contacted Asurion and had a replacement phone ordered prior to my phone becoming completely unusable, but the phone was on backorder and would take several more days to get to me.

I took my phone to the Verizon store and Bailey was amazing! She really went above and beyond for me. She first tried to switch my Sim card to an old phone I had, but the phone was too old and wasn't working well. Bailey then called Asurion herself to find a different solution for me. All of their replacement phones were on backorder, so they ended up reimbursing me for the full amount of my phone and I was able to use that money to get a new phone while I was in the store.
Although I spent half my day at the Verizon store, Bailey made it a great experience, and I really appreciated all of her effort to help me out.
