Heather is the most kind, understanding and helpful employee at Verizon.

I had just switched to Verizon due to my other provider having poor service in the area. After endless nightmares of issues with my phone number not getting ported, phone not getting shipped and my account not getting setup. I finally went into the retail store as a last hope. This is where Heather really helped me through the entire process. She obviously did not cause my issue but was more than happy to go above and beyond to help me out. I came in to this store 3 days in a row because we thought we fixed the issue each time and unfortunately a new one would surface. Every single day she greeted me with a smile on her face and was more than happy to help. It was as if we were a team fighting the issues (even though she did everything) together constantly and I felt that she understood my frustration. We spend hours each day until we finally fixed the issues and my phone now works perfectly.

Heather is the reason I am still with Verizon. And I think she truly deserves recognition for that. To whomever is reading this as a manager of Russell Cellular or a Verizon Wireless corporate rep. Please recognize her in some way as she retained a customer of yours.

My husband and I went into the location in Waukee on Hickman to add me to his phone plan and both of us got new phones! Normally with other carries it’s always been super stressful but this time it was easy breezy and stress free! Ali was the one that helped us and she was amazing!

I stopped in to see if they had ta cellphone case and screen protector for my new Galaxy S20. Was shown what was available and selected the one I wanted. The associate installed the screen protector and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Well satisfied with my experience.
