The UPS Store

I expected a crazy line trying to ship something on December 21st. I was pleasantly surprised to find no line and a very kind staff. I am recovering from pneumonia and so have a residual cough. The amazing cashier who helped me asked a colleague to bring up some water and then handed a water bottle to me. It was the most kind and unexpected thing ever. Amazing service.

I would give the girls Brenda and Erica at the clive, Iowa store a 10. They are always kind, fast, and efficient and go above and beyond the call of duty but, however the manager that works there is not. She is rude, not friendly at all, and I have been going there for 2 years to ship off my goods for my customers. Every time I encounter the manager, it's the same thing EVERY TIME. I can't believe that I would be the only one that notices her unfriendliness and lack of friendly customer service and it makes my experience one of where I would rather travel 10 more miles to another ups store than to deal with this manager's attitude. I'm a Christian women and I try to show love, patience, kindness and grace all of the time, but I can only show so much when I encounter the same behavior everytime from the manager, especially when I am in the store everyday, and her attitude never changes. You, UPS, as a company should reevaluate who you have leading the team. I LEAD a team and I would never model this behavior. If it doesn't change then I'm moving on. I don't need my day ruined by an unhappy person that clearly doesn't enjoy her job, and I feel sorry for the clerks that have to deal with that on a daily basis especially when they do their job so well. How sad for the one that's suppose to lead

Honestly don’t know what I would do without this UPS store. Use it all the time and if I move from area would drive back to this store. Everyone is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I recently read that Amazon is going to start charging $1 to return items via UPS. Free if you use Whole Foods. I will GLADLY pay the $1.

Love how efficient this store is! Amazon returns made so easy! Super grateful for their hours and convenience! Been using this store for years for business and personal. Highly recommend.

I’ve been here a couple dozen times dropping off Amazon returns, and occasionally sending a package overseas. Every time I visit, there is little to no wait. Despite the busyness of the location, the staff seem to be well on top of everything. I trust them to get my packages where they’re going.

The employees were fast & friendly! There was a long line & they were very efficient but also made sure every customer was taken care of!

Courtesy of the people working. They explained my pkg should arrive by a certain day but could be delayed due to the holiday.

This UPS Store location gives the best service of any print-shop, package sending station, or notary service of anywhere I've been to in my life. The staff is FAST & courteous. I recently needed a softcover book spiraled & they got it done that same day. Everywhere else was a two-day wait & cost more. I cannot say enough good things about this store & its excellent staff!!!!!

I regularly bring personal- and business-related boxed items here for shipping. The owner and staff have always been fast, efficient, and friendly. I'm typically in and out in no time. I've received helpful advice that has improved my practices. I'm moving soon and will miss this store -- I've been to other UPS Stores and have found this one top-notch.

Yesterday I was looking at different UPS locations in the area and their reviews and was incredibly concerned to take my package to all of the locations other than this one. My receipt says that Karen was the individual I interacted with. She was incredibly kind and very helpful in packing up my item and getting it shipped out. I had great service and I appreciate it, especially after being so spooked by all the reviews I read for different locations prior to going to this one. Thank you for your help!

Great team! Very fast and professional

Jessica, the graphic designer on staff, did all the printed products for my wedding. She created the save the dates, envelopes, wedding invites, programs, as well as our thank you cards. She was very easy to work with and helped make my vision a reality. She was quick to respond and always gave me a variety of proofs to choose from. I would recommend going in there to look at all of her past work, it really helps you see everything she is able to do.

If you are looking to have a custom wedding invite or save the date made for a reasonable price, I would totally recommend using Jessica and the UPS store.

We absolutely love utilizing this store for our printing needs! From business cards, flyers, to large posters they do the BEST job! Their turn around time is equally impressive! If we need something 'same day' they have always gotten it done! We love this store and sincerely appreciate all that they do for us!

We go here for all of our business printing needs. The store is conveniently located. The staff are friendly and professional and it is quick to get in and out. They have a great graphic designer on site -- Jessica -- who is easy to work with and gets things done quickly.

I give it a 5 star because the staff have always been super friendly and helpful, I've never had a bad experience, and I'm in/out in 5 minutes. I drive 5 or 10 minutes to get here but it's worth it because I know I can drop and run, and my package will get there on time without issue. I wish I could say the same about the USPS in Waukee. They try hard, but the influx in residential growth has them spinning their wheels (literally), struggling to gain tracktion. UPS Store in Clive/Waukee - They are great at what they do...

I am regularly in here shipping catalogs and samples for my business. The owner is so friendly and she always works to get me the best rate when advising me on packaging. I really appreciate this location and will never go elsewhere, even if it's not the closest one to my home!

This place is the best! The staff is super friendly, and their service is outstanding. I have a PO Box there for my business, and I have them do a lot of printing for my clients. The printing is quality with great pricing. I highly recommend going here for printing of all sizes, binding, etc. As a small business owner, I wonder what I ever did without them!
