Very happy we brought my son's PC to Schrock in West Des Moines to resolve an issue he was having. They quickly diagnosed our problem while we waited and we had his PC back within 24 hours. Upon asking, they also provided options for upgrades, should my son decide to update his PC in the near future. I purchased one of the Holiday Special desktop computers from Schrock about a month ago. Great product and professional service. I had been looking for a replacement of my old pc for about six months from a number of computer providers. Chris at the University Ave location in West Des Moines, IA was respectful of my personal preferences, guided me through the choices and placed the order. No pressure, just sought to find the best alignment of my needs to what components to buy. The pc arrived at Schrock's shop in a couple of weeks (short time, relatively), and Chris and Sean transferred key information and settings from my old pc to the new pc. Old pc still functions fine and remains a short term backup. Chris and Sean were great about staying in communication with me during the set up to ask what choice I wanted for some information transfer. When done, I took the pc, new monitor, keyboard, mouse and power strip home and took an easy couple of days personalizing final set up (as the upgrade moved me from Windows 10 to 11). All working. I purchased Sophos and Secure Updater. All seems to be working great. Excellent pc speed and overall quality. Thanks, Thor, Chris, Sean!

Even after I got my repaired computer back I needed there help when I got a scam call, and their front desk man Chris helped me out by verifying that the call had been bogus. Truely steller staff!

About 1 1/2 years ago I bought my first laptop after frequently listening to the weekend radio program. I spent twice the amount I anticipated and that hurt, initially.
The customer service and advice have more than made up for the my initial investment.
Chris and Brandon, professionally, are wonderful and refreshing young men. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, interesting and extraordinarily pleasant.
Customer service/knowledge are probably the most important aspects of all businesses in my opinion. And these two have both! I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received every time I have any type of question.

Brandon was great! As a first-time customer the experience of purchasing a new laptop for my requirements was very easy. I must tell you about the technician who worked on our computer. His name is Ryan & I can't say enough good things about this young man. Very professional and always willing to help. He spent so much time with us to get our computer working properly with the new Windows 11 update & even came to our home to get things working properly. He deserves a very big raise & I hope Schrock Innovations appreciates the qualities Ryan has. I know of no other company that would take the time he has making sure everything was working the way it should. At no time did Ryan act like he was in a hurry and very concerned that everything was working the way it should. Mr. Schrock you should be extremely happy to have him as an employee. I really messed up a brand-new ASUS due to mega problems with Microsoft installations. Did a factory reset. The worst was hearing my gift-giving brother moan when hearing what I did to this gift. Called Des Moines Service Center. Brandon answered and pleasantly re-installed all that my factory reset action deleted off. And it only took less than an hour. Another highlight is that my call was answered immediately, not put on hold, and he was able to help right away. Thank you, Brandon!

i worked with their business to consider repairing my 6 yr old tower. as they got into it, we had issues with it. working with Chris and Brandon with the new purchase getting information transferred, as well as updated hardware and their support for the little things you would encounter.

This is a new computer (I got from the Papillion store) and I'm still working out normal new computer problems. I couldn't have done it without Brandon. He was patient as I fumbled to explain. My computer was fixed and all information was able to be retrieved and placed on a solid state drive. However, when I got my computer back in the time promised, I couldn't get into my files. I called Ryan and he was a Godsend and he took the time (hours) and went through the system with me and thoroughly set up my computer in a way that was easily understood, all over the phone! He was AMAZING and I can't thank him enough for his expertise and patient way with me. I will give him and Schrock 10 stars!!!

I called Schrock Innovations today for help troubleshooting why my printer wasn't printing. Brandon remotely accessed my computer and cleared up my problem. Always receive great service from Schrock Innovations.

Both of the two people I worked with were incredibly helpful, efficient and transparent the entire time! They talked me through my issue and answered my questions without making me feel dumb! Wanted to work with Shrock Innovations as I initially learned of their services through a local radio program. When I called and then visited the office shortly thereafter, staff talked of their services and generously spent time with me. Later I determined I wanted to use the anti-virus protection program, Sophos. All my devices are now protected through Shrock. Dealt with Ryan......He checked PC after potential exposure to phishing issue & spyware. Spent significant time with me (as a tech novice), provided answers to my inquiries of virus protection, health of hard drive, & addressed pros/cons of what he recommended, with costs taken into consideration. Much appreciate his professionalism, patience, & knew answers to just anything I would stumble through trying to clarify with my minimal knowledge. Ryan was exceptional. We are elderly and live 2 hours south of Des Moines. We had a need to pick up our computer by a certain time in order to avoid going back to get it during rush hour traffic. I heard advertisements for Schrock Innovations opening up in West Des Moines. I ended up having them install a new hard drive in my computer. They had it done the next day and running awesome. Everybody that helped me were very personable and helpful. I would recommend them. When I need a new laptop, they will be my first stop.

Even though this was not a computer repair, but a program I was having trouble with, Thor walked me through all possible solutions and we did end up solving my problem. I know other employees of Schrock are as focused and wanting to find solutions as Thor is.
