Excellent lunch experience just like every other Chick Fil-A I have ever went to. Cob salad was super fresh and delicious! Keep up the great job guys!!!

Friendly service and as quick as it can be, considering the volume they handle. That being said, they still get me handled faster than any of the other fast food options available in town. AND they treat dashers/delivery people kindly!!!

Great chain you can normally rely on getting exactly what you would expect and as stated on the menu.

Stopped into Dubuque chick fil a on my way back to Wisconsin after visiting family. Olivia C was my server and her customer service was top notch. She provided menu recommendations and checked up to see what I thought. Such a great atmosphere, will be back again soon.

This was my first experience eating at a Chic-Fil-A. I was pleasantly surprised. Even with the place being extremely busy, all of the staff was very pleasant, well-spoken, and helpful. Very fast! They were searching for me in the dining room with my order before I had even left the counter with my drink.
I do not have a nearby location where I live, but will be going out of my way while traveling to patronize this chain.

Store was packed today. Today is Wednesday and I went at lunch with my dad. The store had no parking places and hardly any tables to sit. It was packed the whole time, kids everywhere playing in the playhouse and eating. When we left the line was literally out the door. Our food still came fast, right to our table and was hot and amazing. For being so busy, absolutely great experience! This location eeds to be a little bigger or we need a second location! We love it in this town! Best chicken all the time, and great service!

Our food tasted great. 1st time for my son to try it. He says you have the best honey mustard sauce of any fast food chain which I agree with.

This is a good location being on the main highway near the University of Dubuque. We had great food and great service! Chick-fil-A never disappoints.

The staff over there are amazing, nice and helpful as heck. They brought in their Mascot (that cow) just for the kids while they were having dinner. I regret not taking a picture of the Santa cow because that would've been a perfect picture to describe what I'm talking about.

Omg!!! They have amazing customer service and so easy to talk to!! Got my order perfect and didnt rush me when I kept adding to my order thank you to the entire staff at chic-fil-a!!

We all expect decent customer service and prompt timing when going in the drive through. Thats exactly what i received. Not only was there that but there was a smile, no rushing and making sure she gave me all my items. Those items were so fresh.! Fries were perfect. The slab of chicken was so thick, juicy and even cooked all the way through.! I recommend this place.
