I was In need of a dress shirt for a upcoming wedding I am in and I needed a quick replacement shirt. Carol was super kind and helped me. The nice guy at the register was helpful as well. Great and helpful staff here.

Very nice organized and clean store.

A department store that has evolved. This store has something for everyone. In a day when you can order almost any item online, it is nice to be able to touch, try on, and discover merchandise in an inviting environment. Even when very busy with holiday shoppers, the staff is always ready to assist, and check out is easy. The quality of the goods on offer is superior to most other retailers. I generally don't like to shop, but I find shopping here is pleasant. With retail, people vote with their wallets. I am glad that so far this brand has survived. If you do want to point and click your purchase, they are able to do that as well. Your order can be ready for pickup the same day in most cases. Hope this brand will survive the retail extinction and be here for many years to come.

I can always find that last minute piece I need and their sales are great. I love being able to try on pieces prior to a purchase, and judging from the 7 busy try-on-rooms, I am in good company. I appreciate their price-match policy, too.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Penney's. I found some very comfortable casual wear pants and had no problem with my returning items from store and on line purchases. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Was impressed by the prices of men's puma hoodies that were on sale. There was no other place that had them for that kind of price.

This is the perfect place to pick from a variety of fancy attire imcluding formal wear to casual outfits from quality brands.

The store is always beautifully maintained, and the selection of clothing is great. Sometimes they can get a little outside of my price range for my income, but the price is worth the quality of the clothing, if you are able to afford it. For those who are unaware, there is a Sephora store inside this JCPenney location. I've not yet been inside, but I'm sure it'll live up to Penney's and Sephora's legacies.

I went shopping for a few of my grandchildren in the Dubuque store. The associate was sooo helpful and friendly! Bless her - she was pregnant and had a cold, but that didn't stop her from smiling and making my shopping experience rewarding!!
