Carpet Boss Steam Cleaning

Carpet Boss is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I call Paul my miracle worker. He has been able to get any stain out.

Excellent!!!! Quality service and price!!! They were able to get stains out of my carpet and the upholster in my car that we could have never removed ourselves. They even took the care of moving my furniture back and laid out my oriental rugs on a dry surface after cleaning them.Thank you Paul for outstanding service!!!!

This guy is bad news. He is using Groupon and LivingSocial, but apparently hates both companies. My wife called to make an appointment, and he repeatedly said "you realize there will be extra fees." She asked what fees, considering the language of the Groupon specifies additional fees in only very specific circumstances (none of which apply here, like extra square footage). He refused to specify and said he'd show up and look at the job and tell her the price. Reading other reviews, it appears this is his standard practice. Show up, tell you the cost is far more than what your Groupon covers, then leave you with the choice of either sending him away or paying way more than expected. He then proceeded to tell her that he doesn't make any money off of Groupon and LivingSocial, but if she wanted to cancel her Groupon and call back as a regular customer he'd be able to give her a price.

None of this made us feel anything but sleazy, so we canceled our Groupon and went with Stanley Steamer.

We had to wait almost 3 hrs after our appointment for him to show up. When he was finished, it was a little better but there was still a lot of spots on the carpet. Then he wanted another $20 for "extra deodorizer" when they still smelled. When I reminded him he was that late he said "it's a long ways to your house" which he knew when we called.
