As a repeat customer, I expect good service. However, Apollo Heating & Air exceeded my expectations today!! The service technicians were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable AND thorough! 2 thumbs up 👍🏾 👍🏾

They responded immediately. The technician assessed what the issue was. Gave us what options we had. That day, Zack Thomas presented us with different models best suited for our home and the advantages of each system. Their prices were competitive and he did all the paperwork for current local and federal rebates. Apollo worked hard with city code inspectors to insure the new high efficiency system meet code in the 65+ year old home. The next day the old system was removed and new system installed. The installers were fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Apollo in Bellevue NE.

Called 30 minutes prior to arrival. On time for appointment. Very thorough with cleaning our AC unit. Advised us our UV light was reaching the 3 year life cycle end. Was still working and we asked they bring a replacement when they come for our annual furnace maintenance in the fall. Everyone friendly and very personable!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Jamie contacted me about servicing our furnace and was very personable and friendly. She scheduled to have Taylor come out and complete the inspection. She called and kept me up to date as when he would be arriving. Great service.

Taylor did a great job explaining each step of his inspection and cleaning of our furnace. Showing me each part of the system as he dismantled them, reviewing and explaining their condition, and conducting a thorough inspection of them. Then he tested each part of the system as he reinstalled them. He clean the area where he was working and ensuring everything was back in order. Taylor was very personable and friendly. He did a great job today and looking forward to seeing him in the future. Great service.

Wonderful company! Our a/c went out and with a brand new baby and two huskies the heat was too much! Lucas came out within hours of calling and fixed the problem right away. Can't thank him enough.

Over the July 4th holiday my ac went out. Not only were these guys at my house immediately but had me scheduled and were there Friday to replace it along with my furnace. The three techs Vlad,Joe,and Nick worked as a team I mean in sync the whole time.Very meticulous on every detail until they were finished. Also answered every question I asked them.Very friendly and professional group of people. Id recommend this company all day long and will be using them for all my heat and air needs in the future. Thanks again guys. Let's not leave out Zack who showed up and wasn't high pressure let's get this sale done. He and I had a good 40 minute conversation before anything came up regarding my issues with the ac unit.was 110%I. Informative and answered my questions which lead to a new furnace and air conditioner. Once again I'm a very satisfied customer.

Taylor was very polite and professional. He completed an extremely thorough inspection of our furnace and provided us with a great deal of detailed information. He offered advice, tips, and suggestions for maintaining our aging furnace. No high pressure sales, and he provided us pictures of parts that may cause problems for us in the future.

Had Apollo just install a new Furnace and humidifier and have to say fantastic job. Mike came out on a sunday gave a fair and good bid and followed up. On installation day Terry and Joe worked their butts off and did a great job i could tell the level of professionalism and knowledge from the get go. We are very pleased with the job the whole team did and look forward to continued maintenance and service from Apollo in the future

Taylor came ahead of the quoted time by a few hours. Our cooling system had not been working properly for a couple of days. I had called on Thursday they were at the house by Friday morning about 10am. He took before and after pics and explained exactly what he was doing to clean the outdoor unit. The after pic is mid way through the cleaning. After cleaning the unit he did a full diagnostic check of both the indoor and outdoor AC unit to ensure all was working properly. He was polite, professional, and educated us about maintaining our unit better. I was extraordinarily pleased with the service.

Bought a home last year with a very old air handler and AC. Once it went out, on a Sunday, we called multiple companies and Apollo was the quickest to get back to us and check on our old unit with their emergency number. They were honest about what they saw and what pricing would look like when it came to replacing both the air handler and AC, and their communication was very timely. We were given multiple replacement options with varying prices and we didn't feel pressured to pick any particular one. Once we made our choice they got us on the schedule right away and installed everything in less than a day.

Since we've had the new unit, the techs that have come out to check on the equipment and answer our questions have been very kind and detailed in their answers and we have felt very taken care of! Would recommend Apollo Heating & AC for anyone needing a new furnace/AC or if unexpected issues come up and you need someone to come look at your equipment!

Just purchased a new home with an older furnace. Scheduling us in was quick and all of my questions were answered.

Mike K was the technician who came to service the unit. He was very polite and professional!! He took his time and thoroughly inspected the furnace system, educated us on general maintenance, showed us where the unit was showing signs of aging and what we could do to prolong the life of the unit.

Overall it was a great experience and we were left feeling like we have found a company who earned our trust and our future business!!

My wife and I were very concerned when we smelled natural gas in our basement. We tried to find an HVAC service that could come out quickly, with little luck. When we called Apollo, the receptionist immediately took our info and assured us we would be taken care of that day. The technicians were amazing, specifically Grant S. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. I haven’t shopped around to see if the value was worth it, but in my opinion the customer service and expertise was unparalleled.

Both Mikes came out and took a look at a friend’s heater. The gas valve was shot and Mike K. came out and gave a good overall look. He let us know what should be done and who to speak to. Both Mikes were knowledgeable, jovial, and professional at their jobs. Highly recommend using Apollo’s service. Many thanks guys! God Bless
