The guys there are always knowledgeable and helpful. We have two quads and a Pioneer 1000 we use regularly, and often need parts and updates/upgrades. They have not only helped with parts, but have also services our machine once or twice as well. Very happy with their service all around

Great service and they got the work done in a very timely manner. What I love the most is the mechanic comes out to talk to you and let you know what all he has done or thinks about your bike. He says with a twinkle in his eye " start it up" he is as excited as you are for you to hear you baby purring like a kitten!! Just awesome!

Great experience with sales on the purchase of a new dirtbike! I showed up at 445ish knowing they close at 6, on a whim purchase. I wasn't even sure which bike I wanted to get. Sterling in sales, BENT OVER BACKWARDS, to accommodate me!!! He worked up multiple final sales prices on different bikes, without getting frustrated. All the while, answering my questions about which one was a good fit for my beginner girlfriend who has no riding experience, yet still right for me if she doesn't enjoy it. I'd recommend them in the future, and if I end up buying a second one for me, I'll definitely be back!

Got a nice used 2007 shadow here for my first bike and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Everyone was friendly, competent, and provided great customer service. Not only did they get us a great deal on the perfect bike but they did it as fast as possible and were incredibly respectful. Really went the extra mile. A pleasure doing business here.

Great product and service after the sale. I bought a Honda pioneer from them and right after the warranty was up I had problems with it shifting and dying when I put it in gear. The service department helped me out and were spot on with their diagnostics. They told me how to fix it and got me back up and running in no time. Great place to go to, I will definitely be coming back again.

Dropped my Pioneer off early Tuesday the 8th 2020 for full service and a recall. I was more than pleased with same day turn around , as well as friendly knowledgeable staff. I even bought my wife a hoody while I was there. Working at car dealerships over the last 35 years , they do it right.

Called 8 minutes before closing on a Friday for a carburetor rebuild kit for my ATV very kind very courteous paid for it over the phone would highly recommend using garvis I've used them for a lot of small things on my Honda's over the years and they've always came through and had the parts 10\10

Working on my bike as I type this and liking what I'm seeing. they got the parts ordered and preparing my bike for summer.

I recently purchased a 1975 Honda CB125S from Garvis Honda. Joel and the entire sales team were very helpful throughout the purchase process and worked both with me and the shipping company I selected to transport the motorcycle up to Minnesota. Joel took time to carefully explain the history and condition of the motorcycle, mail the owner’s manual, maintenance book, and extra keys up to Minnesota, and see all details of the sale through. He was punctual and responsive and I felt completely comfortable buying the motorcycle despite not being in Iowa to complete the sale in person. I am very happy with my new motorcycle and the excellent service I received throughout the purchase process. I would highly recommend Garvis Honda to anyone looking for a motorcycle whether they live in Iowa or not. This is a great dealership!

These guys have always had the best customer service. They are really friendly and don't mind just sitting there talking with you about motor bikes. Reasonable prices and fast turn around in their shop.

I've been taking my CBR600 to Garvis for a few years and they have always taken care of my needs whether it be brake pads, chain/sprockets, new key, ect. Kurt even took 10 minutes of his time to install a new clutch lever as I wanted to ensure it was installed properly during my last visit.

5 starts , I love Garvis Honda purchased multiple bikes/toys and many many parts , always a friendly and welcoming place that is on top of there game , I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back to this place , you guys rock keep up the good work!!!!

I had a flat tire while on a trip. I arrived there 1/2 hour before closing. They rolled my bike right in and 30 minutes later it was ready to go.

Some dealers would have taken advantage of the situation and charged top dollar for the tire and labor. Not Garvis. The price was very fair.

Everyone there was professional and friendly they had my parts waiting for me to arrive did extra work on my bike when they were very busy. I needed a rear tire mounted ASAP due to my original Tire had a screw in it. They went above their Call of Duty. This was my first time at their store and I didn't even have a Honda I brought in a Kawasaki

I wanted some hand guards for my Honda Ruckus and the staff helped me pick out a set that look great and add style to my Ruckus.
