Bonnie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to new blinds in our home. We really liked the variety of ideas Bonnie had and suggestions for making each room look its best. She simplified what can be a very overwhelming process because of all the possibilities and products. We have a very large window in our living room and they banded blinds Bonnie recommended were perfect allowing us to determine the amount of light, heat, cold, and privacy we want each day. Mark was the absolutely best with his installation skills and knowledge. The blinds fit perfectly and he took everything away we no longer wanted or needed. Sincere thanks to both Bonnie and Mark for helping with these important home projects!!

After having LVP installed in our living room, family room, kitchen, half bath and laundry room we had new carpet installed in the hallway and stairs. The LVP crew did a great job. Tearing out the old carpet, pad and vinyl along with moving our furniture and appliances was no small task but they made it look easy. The LVP looks beautiful. Carpet installer Keith Barnett and his partner did a fantastic job. They started early in the morning, which I like, cleaned up after themselves and finished everything by 11 AM.
Sales associate Dana Dahl was extremely patient, helping us to pick out exactly what we wanted after we changed our mind several times. Thanks Dana! Our entire experience with Flooring America was easier than we expected. We definitely recommend Flooring America for all of your flooring needs.

Dana Dahl was our sales representative at Flooringnof America in the Ankeny store.She helped us put together an absolutely gorgeous carpet and vinyl planks for our bathroom and our lower walkout basement. Fantastic experience with Ankeny Flooring America start to finish, involving a tile and carpet project. Pricing was very competitive. Salesperson Dana Dahl handled the initial consult through final installation with such a high level of professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout. Carpet installers Keith and Travis were both skilled and friendly. Tile installers Fernando and Jose made it look easy. So pleased with both the carpet and tile installation and final product. We are so happy!! Two years ago we went into Flooring America and purchase LVP for our kitchen and dining room. Our experience with Dana Dahl was awesome then and installation was fantastic. We recently decided to do our living room which
connects to our dining room after visiting with Dana again, the same LVP was available. OMG Matt R. did an awesome job of match the two rooms together. We could not be any happier with results. The Flooring America team, from the showroom to the install was excellent. Nolan showed me great options to help me make a tough decision on what type and color of carpet to purchase. He answered all of my questions before, during and after the sale. The team of installers, Marc and Jerry were prompt, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to fix an issue with my stairs where the builder cut corners. We were in need of new carpeting in our basement family room, so we made Flooring America our first and only stop. They had provided us with a good product previously and were able to again provide us with what we needed.

Keith completed the installation in less time than we anticipated, and then moved the furniture back into place.

Our experience with Flooring America was outstanding, mainly because of interior designer, Sara M. We started looking at Flooring America in Ankeny because it is closer to our home than other flooring stores. We looked at one other place, but returned to Flooring America because Sara M. is so helpful and enthusiastic. She listened to our needs, offered suggestions and even came to our house to consult. We ended up choosing a luxury vinyl plank for our kitchen and hallway and carpet for 3 of the bedrooms. Zac M did an excellent job installing our luxury vinyl plank, quickly and meticulously.

Our carpeting project was handled well by the sales team and done as scheduled. The installers Marc and Jerry communicated with us on their projected arrival, moved the heavy furniture out, tore out and removed the old carpet and padding, and installed the new padding and carpet quickly and beautifully. We love the new look and feel of our master bedroom and walk in closet!

Sara M. was fantastic at helping me find all the carpet samples in the color I was wanting. She was very friendly and spent a lot of time getting to know me and explaining all of my options from the different pads to the various grades of carpet. Sara M is very knowledge and answered all of my questions and advised me in what she felt would be the best choice for me. I am glad I chose Flooring America, every step of the process was smooth and flawless from picking out the carpet to the installation. I am very happy with my new carpet purchase.
