Green State has been a great customer service provider for me. I understand that some customers can have great and "not-so-great" personal experiences with bank policy or individual employees at any bank. Green State Ankeny employees have always been friendly and helpful, and corporate policies have been transparent and fair. I am totally satisfied.

Absolutely hands down to this bank. I have been banking with them for a little over a year, and I absolutely love this bank. Everyone greets you with a smile. Murant is the best banker ever. He will go out of his way to help you. I have used them for 6 car loans and personal loans to. Business accounts in regular accounts. And I have nothing bad to say. Is keep up the good work green state.

Jake Madsen was phenomenal. Assisted me through multiple loans, got me such a great rate on my auto loan, I came back and refinanced my other 4 auto loans, and my boat through him! Also, and this is completely random, but he gave me a great recommendation for shampoo! Will definitely be doing future business here!

What a great place for a business acct. Murat has helped all my employees get accts. and he is always there for all of them. Car loans, i cant even talk on them i have had so many. Paying them of is easy as 123. All you got to do is log on and transfer the money. I do it all the time. My husband likes to get a new car every 3 to 4 months no joking lol You can do everything thing on line. Pay bills, transfer money, open accts. and if you need help just call they will help. Great job Green State

Megan Mohon was excellent to work with. She helped us get approved for a truck in no time at all and was very friendly through the process. After the dealership sold the truck out from underneath us, she helped us to get re-approved on a different truck. Overall very helpful. Definitely recommend GreenState Credit Union in Ankeny and Megan Mohon.

The BEST staff and service! They are my one stop shop for ALL banking needs. They go out of their way to keep us up to date on new rates and options. Great customer service whether it be in person, through the drive through or on the phone.

My family has had their accounts with Green State (U of I CU) for over 50 years. We got a loan with them a year ago and every time I go in to make a payment, I’m treated with top notch Customer Service! Due to this great Customer Service, we have moved our savings account to Green State and will move our checking account over this month!

Good bank/Credit union. No fees unless it's over draft fees. No monthly fees. Why I switched. I know of two locations, in Ankeny and Altoona. I just saw the location on S.W. 9th and McKinley Sunday June 12.

I had the BEST experience with Lesley. She made the whole loan process super easy to understand and helped me with all my questions. I would highly recommend her and UICCU for your loan needs.
