Nick and his team were incredible professional and responsive when our hot tub pump/motor needed replacing. They worked quickly and efficiently even as the weather turned colder to diagnose the problem, locate the necessary repairs, and resolve it all smoothly. All my questions were answered, and work timeline was explained clearly and concisely. I cannot recommend them more!

Jesse came out to do a toilet repair and did an excellent job! He even took the time to help me put a lamp together. Top notch service.

We had an emergency problem with our shower on a Saturday afternoon. I called and Nate was at our house within 30 minutes. He went and got the parts he needed and fixed it right away! He was confident and assuring! He was able to do the repair without tearing out our shower stall or the wall behind. He did a great job quickly and It was a very reasonable price! We would highly recommend Nate!

Nate returned my call promptly after I left a message, answered questions I had and gave me a quote for the job. He followed up with me the next day and was able to schedule for the following day. I purchased the new water heater from a local retailer. Nate picked up the new one and hauled away the old one. Work was completed quickly and work site was clean.

We had a gas leak, golden rule plumbing took a pressure test and gave an estimate to replace whole main line.

I have called nick of time for second opinion, they were able to fix the problem in an hour and it doesn’t required to change whole pipe, it was just a minor leak near the fittings. Nate was professional in identifying the issue and knows what he was doing.
