Johnston City Water & Sewer

After living in Johnston for 13 years and supporting the community through various donations, I was met with zero remorse or care from city workers when they broke my shut-off/stop box valve. Despite this negligence, the city denied any responsibility or help in resolving the issue, instead expecting me to call a plumber and pay for repairs myself. Shane Kinsey (Water/Wastewater Distribution Analyst), Despite being disconnected from the situation and offering no resolution, photo and video evidence shows that only city employees have been in contact with my valve Yet somehow, this remains the responsibility of homeowners like myself who are fighting for justice against underqualified workers and management paid by our hard-earned taxes.

Great idea for a bulk water station but why make people go somewhere else to get a prepaid card to use it.
