Gandolfo’s New York Deli

Was craving a sandwich and found this spot. Excellent variety to choose from between hot and cold sandwiches. I gave their dagwood a shot. They bake their own bread. The bread had a nice crust and was soft and chewy on the I side. The ham, turkey, and pastrami were plenty and wasn't overtly salty. Good ratio of meat to veggies to sauce to bread. Well balanced sandwich, really top notch.

I love New York sandwiches and love that there is a sandwich place in Omaha that gives me a taste of the East Coast. Gandolf sandwiches are amazing. I try a new one every time. My favorite is the pastrami. You can never go wrong with a pastrami and swiss on rye bread. Don't forget to add a pickel. I forgot to add one this time, but I'll be back.

They use the best meats and cheeses. They are also very accommodating. I work close by and one of my friends and myself choose Gandolfos over any of the other places close by. Their sandwiches are the best!

Had my food delivered Door dash. Not only did James S do a great job making my sandwiches, out of this world. Arrived still Hot. Yes I said still Hot. Travis with Door dash was great. Came right to my door. Sandwiches fresh,fast, and Yes once again Hot and delicious.

I love this place. Great service and great food. I always feel good about spending money with them. Try the Little Italy sandwich 🇮🇹 it’s my favorite.

The sandwiches here are amazing! I think my sandwich was called the "I love New York". It was double corned beef and double pastrami...and it did not disappoint! I would absolutely recommend this place for a great sandwich!

I lived in NY most of my adult life (50+ years) I had the "Riverhead" for breakfast (My parents lived there). My friend had the "Chaz" on a bagel. Other than the roll mine was on (not a NY style Kaiser roll but a burger bun) it reminded me of home. Hard to get breakfast with coffee for under 10 bucks these days. Ill be back

I got the the I Love NY sandwich with a side of coleslaw. It costs about $20 so being from CA, I had to compare it to Langers. The meat not the same style as Langers, it’s more traditional thin sliced, tender and smoky. It was delicious and worth it.

I met a friend there for lunch today and I was blown away by the reuben sandwich!! It was the best reuben I’ve had in a long time and super happy that my friend chose there to eat. Street parking was easy and the inside was very clean and well maintained.

I highly recommend stopping by for an early lunch!!

Absolutely amazing pastrami and sandwiches....now they got pizza 🤸🏿‍♀🤸🏿‍♀ will be trying.

I was craving a east coast breakfast sandwich. This place did not disappoint. But what was really great was the service from the gentleman that helped me. He was super nice and recommended the lunch later on. The sandwich was everything I was looking a hour for driving around Omaha. Thanks!

My husband stumbled on this gem months ago when we were in Omaha. Took our family here this morning and oh em geeee. DELICIOUS!!

Very delicious! Employees were welcoming and made genuine suggestions. Great food, awesome people, highly recommended to anyone in the area! We had the Little Italy and the Buffalo Bill, both were phenomenal! The Little Italy was on a hoagie roll that was just fantastic and the Buffalo Bill's buffalo sauce was paired with cream cheese, making it savory, and almost decadent. Will be coming back again!

One of my favorite fast and easy spots in Downtown Omaha! Used Toast Takeout to order a sandwich and side of Mac and cheese and took 7 minutes and was ahead of schedule!

Amazing place to eat. All their food is top notch. The King of Queens and Little Italy are by far my favorite. Quick service which is essential during lunch.

Being someone who's usually terrified to order food, the guys here made it super comfortable! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the music is great, the people are wonderful, and the food is fantastic! 😊 You should definitely give it a try!
