My two children have both attended daycare here. The kids love it and there are so many wonderful teachers here. The management is very responsive to any issues I ever have. One time I had some suggestions for the menu, and the very next menu had a lot of the things I requested! They have snacks to purchase when you dropoff in the AM (or you can keep a box of cheerios in their locker) so that dropoffs are a lot easier. If my son can get distracted with food, it helps me immensely. Plus, if you are running late and can't prepare breakfast at home, they can eat when they get there. Makes getting ready for school a lot easier.

My daughter was in the older rooms and she learned a lot...they had reading programs where you read at home with your child and you get book it pizza certificates. They had workbooks that they did a page from every day. They had really cool art projects and a very nice playground.

My son is in the younger rooms right now and he loves his teachers and talks about them all the time. They put his art projects up on the walls and he yells at me when we get to his room, "I did that Mommy, look at mine!"

They also have "pep rallies" every Friday that the kids love. (The older room names are themed like a high school...freshman, sophomores, etc.) This place is everything you can ask for in a daycare.

But the most important asset is the teachers and management are very willing to listen to your concerns, questions, and suggestions. They are flexible with families and try to make your life easier. That is SO important in a daycare and I really appreciate it every day!

Love it! Our son started there about 8 months ago and we haven’t regretted the decision once. The teachers are very nice and our son loves going there. Someone mentioned it not being clean, but we toured a few other centers and found Generation Next to be very clean in comparison. I am a fan.

We showed up for our scheduled tour and watched Julie chatting with someone in the center for minutes on end ignoring our call. (It went to voicemail) We had to step over food on the floor to even get back to the room to tour it. I outlined my son's severe food allergies well in advance with examples on a week's worth of the menu outlining questions on how they would replace specific items, how they can pull the labels on other items and how they can accommodate. (Since the website states no outside food allowed) I made this very clear via phone and email. I was told I would tour with Hallie, the director who didn't even show up for the tour. When I asked Julie about my lengthy email with questions on accommodating my son's severe food allergies, she just said they would accommodate but she didn't have the email nor an action plan for substitutes. She couldnt anser a single question on my list with specific ideas or answers. She thought Hallie did have the email and acted very ho-hum about the entire situation. Our son could suffer anaphylaxis and I was very clear from the get-go that that was a determining factor as far as finding a daycare for us. I just got off the phone with a regional director who called me to ask why I was upset when I left. As I started to tell her these things, she cut me off saying that I was not being fair. Compromising the safety of my child or minimizing his needs is not fair to me. Needless to say, we would never go to any of these centers. We could not even recommend a tour with other families knowing how ours went. I left in tears.

And in response to the unprofessional note from the owner herself, I have wasted hours of my time trying to set up a tour with your facility, outline my son's special needs, show up for a tour, Etc. I came in there for a tour to which your staff dropped the ball. I was nice enough to still give them the time of day via phone. To which your Regional director tried to claim I was being unfair looking out for my son's safety. EXCUSE ME? And that's when I terminated the call. I also let you know that if you want me to continue wasting my time trying to teach you what went wrong after you can't give me so much of an apology, you will start paying me half of what I earn charging companies for my time.

I NEVER made an unprofessional comment about the staff. For the owner to be so unprofessional as to lie and not apologize is further proof that we made the right decision choosing to walk away during the tour.
