Wonderful doctor! Knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions, genuine and caring doctor. My mom has been going to him for 20 years and just loves Dr. Phillips. His staff is also friendly and polite and very helpful whenever we need anything. Very responsive to call and email requests. We never have to wait long in the waiting room. Overall an outstanding doctor and team. We would recommend Dr. Phillips 100% to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Always takes time to explain in simple terms what he thinks problem is and then explains what should be done.

I’ve been seeing Phillips since the early 2000’s. I went in for a routine visit and was denied service because I wouldn’t wear a mask. We are well past the “pandemic”. I haven’t been sick in years and have never worn a mask. Needless to say, I’ll be looking for a different doctor.
