Walgreens

For my most recent visit, I gave it a 5 star review but only because of one person. An employee named Jeremy who doesn’t normally work at this location, I believe he told me that he normally works in Shawnee. So anyways I went into this location looking for a specific medicine as I couldn’t find any on the shelves. I asked him for help as he was busy stocking a shelf. He politely stopped what he was doing and went in the back and found my medicine. Thank you Jeremy, you were a life saver. Thanks for making the extra effort and making my day. This guy Jeremy knows customer service and I expect him to go far with this company if they are fortunate enough to keep him.

Our family frequents this Walgreens. The pharmacists are incredibly kind and helpful.

I appreciate their help very much at this Walgreens Pharmacy location! I had an Rx called into another nearby Walgreens (where honestly I know the staff there is hardworking & helpful too) but they were out of the med. The rep on the line at this location called 2 other nearby Walgreens & found the med partially in stock at another location. We were able to get the med & get it started today for my youngster. Thanks for helping to solve the problem instead of just passing it along y'all! As with any Walgreens, they are busy & it may take a minute to get through to someone. But they are willing & able to help when they can. Good work!

I hope Mescha is always working the drive-through when I need to pick up a prescription... she is amazing!!! I do believe I spelled her name wrong but AutoCorrect sucks sometimes...

So very convenient, especially when you live down the street from it. :) Kind staff, awesome management, and good prices (for a pharmacy that is). Overall it's a very nice place.

One of the better drugstores in Olathe. In fact, we drive a couple miles out of our way in order to have our prescriptions filled here. The attentive pharmacist has called us a couple times to make sure we are adjusting well to new meds.

I don't think Walgreens vary that much for any location so this one was just like any other Walgreens and that is ok!

Typical Walgreens. Expensive everything. Nothing special. I've had tons of issues getting insulin from here in a timely manner in the past, so I don't trust them for my diabetic supplies usually.

****update****They have figured it out it seems. My last prescription and current prescription were ready as planned - have tried for three consecutive months to get a prescription filled.They never get it done. I was on hold 50 minutes last month. Today 24 minutes. I called the other Walgreens a couple miles East and they will have it done in an hour. Please please figure your problem out as you were good prior to the last 3-4 months. If you can't handle prescriptions, refuse them.

Please figure out how to make the pharmacy drive thru quicker. Or only make it to where you can only go through if your RX is READY!! Waiting in line 45 minutes while only 2 people were ahead of me is a little ridiculous.
