I can highly recommend Results Contracting and their sales rep Mark Schloo. I was approached this summer by Mark about checking my house for possible storm damage from last year. I was bit hesitant at first since I had not seen too many roofs replaced in my neighborhood. Mark was able to point out obvious signs of damage. He further explained the company's background and how the insurance claim and inspection process works. He was very patient and knowledgeable with my questions. I decided to move forward with Results. Mark was punctual, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. He provided detailed explanations of his findings, supported by images when needed. Results was very thorough both being available when the insurance inspection was performed and working with the insurance company on estimates. Once the claim was approved Results moved very quickly on repairs. In my case this included a full new roofing system (very pleased with Owens Corning Duration), new gutters and flashing around garage doors. Their construction supervisors (Kip and Jordan) kept me informed at each step of repairs, and work crews were very professional, hard working and skilled. They went out of their way to protect my house and plantings during repairs. They made sure all old debris was completely disposed and the yard completely clean of leftover nails and stables using magnetic rollers. Overall, Mark and Results were very up front and transparent throughout each step of the repair process. I would highly recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy contractor. Results just finished our roof. They did a fabulous job. Working with them was a breeze. Dealing with an insurance company can be difficult and intimidating. But, they stayed on top of the process; keeping us informed and involved and when needed. The final roof looks beautiful. I’m looking forward to a leak free winter. Thanks Results!

MarkThibeault was professional, patient and made certain that any questions we had were answered right away. I have never been in a situation like this, once the adjusters agreed that we needed new shingles the process was handled so efficiently! . All that we were required to do was to pick out the color we wanted, once we did that the rest was taken care of by Mark Thibeault, within two weeks we had a dumpster delivered and new shingles and supplies delivered. The crew that tore off the old and put on the new were fabulous, they started at 1pm and finished by 7:30 pm the same day. Everything of ours had been removed or covered by tarps but before they left the cemented areas were blown free of any debree and staples and nails removed by using magnetic rods on ropes. Then everything put into place just as they found it!. They were also very polite and talk about team work! Wow! Thank you for making our day so special!

Last week we had our roof replaced by Results Contracting. The roofers did an excellent job. They tarped the plants around the house and were careful when disposing of the old shingles. The new shingles were installed in about 4 hours. The crew did an excellent job tidying up after the job was done. They were very easy to work with.

Initially we were a little hesitant to commit to Reults because of all the roofing companies out there and had heard horror stories about some of them. After some research we decided to go with Results and we are very happy that we did.They were very responsive and open to communication and everyone we dealt with was great as they took us through the whole process.We would certainly recommend them to anyone based on our experience! After not getting a call back from 2 other roofing companies, I was pleasantly surprised that Ryan was there the same week I called. He made the process so easy...answered all of our questions and handled everything with insurance. The crew was great. Very professional. Our roof looks fantastic! Post repair we worked with Kipp for follow up and billing. He was also great to work with. This is a company who says what they are going to do and then follows through. I have already recommended them to friends.

The entire experience that started with Joe helping us understand the process, to getting us together to look at shingle options and all the way through was much less stressful and had much better results than I expected. Shout out to Junior and his amazing crew of expert roofers... They were thoughtful, FAST and thorough. We rate this company with the top possible rating. We were many Minnesota homes this summer to receive major hail damage. We contacted Results Contracting and Tristin was quick to respond to assess the damage to our roof and siding. Results Contracting was able to order materials and complete the work before many of our neighbors even had estimates completed. Dan and Nick always kept us in the loop about when work was to completed. Tristin, Dan and Nick responded quickly to any questions or supplemental work that needed to be completed. We would highly recommend this company for any of your home needs. Quality work and customer service is what results Contracting is all about.

Roberto came out to checkout hail damage on my roof and siding. He showed me all the damages he found. The damage was pretty minimal, but it was great to see everything he found. Roberto did a great job on letting me know my options and was even willing to help me get in contact with my insurance agent if we decided to proceed with filing a claim. However, after discussing things over we decided to not file a claim. I was afraid he would be pushy, to have us start a claim and move forward on getting our roof replaced but he was not. Excellent service and very professional. When I need a new roof, I will definitely be looking at contacting Results Contracting and Roberto Varela specifically.

Brent and his team was outstanding handling our insurance claim for hail damage to our roof. Their industry knowledge of both the damage sustained and the claims process was second to none. The claim was handled professionally with our insurance company and was seamless for us. Their quality, workmanship and clean-up was great and they had some of the hardest working crews I have seen. The biggest compliment I can give them is they did what they promised they would do when they promised to do it and communicated along the way. I highly recommend them.
