Cathy, the Branch Manager, is the real deal! She has helped me on numerous occasions and is the epitome of someone who cares about her community. When I opened up my small business account at Commerce, she took the time to explain everything to me and was patient while I asked dozens of questions. She's continued to provide help and is extremely quick to respond whenever I reach out. Her customer service is exceptional and I am so glad she is the one leading the team of employees at this location!

The staff at Commerce Bank's location on Wakarusa exceeds expectations. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Anytime I come in with a problem or question I am impressed by their quality of customer service, and ability to help me understand everything. Friendly staff, quick drive thru and nice building.

If I didn't bank here for my job I would never bank here.
The customer service is hit and miss. Been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 2 deposits and a change order.

Only has 2 other customers and there are 5 tellers in the bank.

And I don't care about your excuses.

Too many fees. You are better off keeping your cash under your bed.
