DICK'S Sporting Goods

I needed to return/exchange some shoes that weren't in stock in my size. The associate was so patient and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed at the sale price I originally paid. The manager, Kevin, came to assist and got it all sorted out. Both were apologetic for the time it took which I appreciated. They were great! Definitely recommend this store!

1/14/23 update: golf area and selection has shrunk considerably and employee told me they are purposefully having Golf Galaxy be their flagship golf store. Employee was friendly and helpful in weight area and cashier was friendly. 6/25 update: staff was friendly and helpful. Previous: Nice quick visit. Golf area has a nice array of product but they referred me to their sister company Golf Galaxy for golf club and putter fittings. Wife found item she needed and help at counter was friendly and efficient to check us out.

We went to kill time while we waited for our movie time. We did lots of window shopping though, and found some great prices on workout equipment. The employees were friendly and helpful in guiding us to the products we were interested in looking at. We purchased a couple small items, and the cashier got us through the line quickly.

The last few visits I’ve had, I’ve experienced arguably the best customer service of any retail store in the area. Associates are kind, informative, and willing to help without being pushy. Had an issue with a product purchased today and they made it right, and gave me a little $ off (I did not ask for nor request such a discount). A++

Mo is amazing in the bike department! He has over 20 years experience alone in this store. Helped fit me and my husband perfectly for our new bikes. He is a wealth of knowledge! Assistant Manager Terrance was great in making sure we had a fantastic experience.

Had a great experience at this location. Boyfriend and I were looking for specific item and the rep helped us out right away. Although they did not have the item in storage and none of the other locations nearby had what we needed, the rep was extremely helpful.
The former Californian helped in getting the item ordered at the in-store pricing and delivered to our door without worrying about the shipping costs. Will come back to the same location for all of our fitness apparel and equipment needs! :D

I ordered several items online for in store pick up that were on sale, the manager on duty, Torrance was impecable and saved the day for myself and my family. When one of the products that I ordered was seemingly unavailable, he went above and beyond to recover this item for us! I commend him for his efforts and hope he receives recognition! He was professional and polite and made the situation so much better!

We found our Chiefs SuperBowl pennants!!

Just returned a pair of my sons Mike Trout cleats that the shoelace pulled through the eyelet. The associate sent us back to get a replacement pair. We went with New Ballance this time. They were $36 more. She says, "you have a $20 bonus" so $16 for new cleats. Very good service.

I went to Dick's to exchange a pop up canopy . They were kind enough to bring it into the store for me, a simple exchange was done, and then load the new one back into the car. Good customer service does still exist.

Chad was extremley helpful. He spent a good amount time helping us look for ski clothing. We didn't find much but Chad kept trying. Most help i have received in a long time.

It was Christmas Eve and looking for a paticular item. They didn't have any left but if they did, they would have been given 5🌟. I'll bestow the 5🌟 now for the sheer effort the staff gave looking for my hard to find item. Tyvm

I have never been to a Dick's sporting goods but I am glad I went to one. Their strong suit really deals with the outdoors technical clothing stuff and workout clothing. I picked up a pair of Merrell goretex shoes that were cheaper than the online stores I shop at usually and the staff was seriously helpful. I definitely recommend the Olathe store. I was seriously impressed.

Tyler and Vanessa were extremely helpful in getting my 10 yr old new shoes. Very patient and trustworthy.
