I've taken both my pets here for many years. Everyone there is kind and caring. Dr. Baldrige is treating my senior dog for arthritis. We tried the cold laser therapy to see if it would help. Here's Bailey modeling her doggies during the therapy.

First time getting puppy groomed. We will be back. The amount of kindness, sincerity and warmth of the groomer/staff made me feel my dog was cared for. Hair cuts are stressful for my dogs and I felt at peace knowing Bradford staff were treating my dogs kindly and humanely. Thanks you Bradford Team.

I don’t even know where to begin. After moving back to Olathe I was beyond stressed trying to find the perfect vet, but with a suggestion from a friend I found the wonderful people at Bradford Pet hospital. Took my Dog Basil to get a few shots for doggie day care. And from them moment I walked in you could feel the kindness. They were so sweet and treating my dog like one of their own. The vet got down and sat on the floor to examine her. I left that appointment so happy that we found this vet. The next day I brought my cat Carl in because he has had a skin issue on his stomach ( fur was gone, red and was in pain) The last six months at my previous vet they just had me spraying stuff on it. Within a few days of treatment at Bradford his hair started growing back. Such relief my poor cat was in so much pain and within 48 hours he was back to normal. Today I took Basil back to get a teeth cleaning. The vet explained every issue my sweet dog had going on with her teeth. And left feeling comfortable and we have a game plan for the future.

If you are need a solid vet that is kind and very knowledgeable, Bradford pet Hospital is for sure your vet!!

Dr Baldrige and staff are the most AMAZING people. Dr Baldrige was so very compassionate to me and tried multiple different things to try and save my Polo. He was the BESTEST dog and I am just beyond devastated but couldn't have asked for nicer people to help us through this horrible time. Bradford is definitely my go to place for ever for all my fur babies. Dr Baldrige helped me is so many ways and I am forever grateful.

Just wanted to do a shout-out for Bradford Pet Hospital. They did their part in keeping my English Springer Spaniel, Millie, alive until she passed a corn cob that was blocking her intestine. The kept her 3 days (during the day) and gave her IV treatments and special diet. Don’t know where she got the corn cob. She had severe symptoms Sunday and passed the object 3 days later. Thank you very much!

Our 18+ year old cat was having end of life issues a few weeks back and the staff at Bradford took great care of him (Bradford was closer when we moved, but we'd continued to see our previous vet...who couldn't make time for us). Today we had to say goodbye and couldn't have been more impressed with the care shown to both our cat and his pet parents.
We will definitely do business with Bradford once we're ready to retake the adoption plunge.

Love Dr. Baldridge and his staff. They did an AMAZING job delivering (cesarian) our french bulldog puppies! I could not have asked for a better team!

We were traveling through from the West Coast and my older cat needed an urgent follow-up to make sure she wasn't in need of additional antibiotics. They were so accommodating, even when we told them we had to push our appointment out one extra day due to delays in our driving schedule.

Everyone was so friendly and understanding, from the front desk, to the tech, to the vet. I even remember the vet apologizing to us for being late when she was had just got out of surgery. No apology was needed as she's a superhero taking care of all of our lovely animals in the community!

Very friendly staff. The vet was very knowledgeable and patient with my kitty. We just moved so he's not in the mood for meeting new vets just yet. But her empathy and professionalism around his emotional state was superb.

I brought my senior ferret to Bradford Pet Hospital for a second opinion after a cancer diagnosis. As a new client I wasn’t sure what to expect but from my initial phone call to checking out, everyone was so nice and understanding. Dr. Baldridge was very knowledgeable & kind. He took the time to show me the ultrasound images, discussed the results and prognosis. He answered all my questions & concerns without hesitation. Although, I had hoped for a better prognosis, I left feeling reassured & comfortable with a plan moving forward. Also, it’s great to have a clinic where staff & veterinarians are comfortable with ferrets. Everyone was so sweet to my old boy. He got lots of love & seemed really happy with the whole experience. No stress at all.

It took me a while to post this. I had to put down my baby girl, Tiny a couple of weeks ago. She was my best friend and it was one of the hardest things I've had to do. The staff at Bradford Pet Hospital were AMAZING. They were so compassionate and caring, and they made one of the most difficult days in my life a little more manageable. They even sent me a card with her little paw prints. THANK YOU staff at BPH, I appreciate you.

Bradford Pet Hospital, while an upper end location in cost, has the best service, care, and employees that truly love and respect the animals they treat. I genuinely respect every employee I've interacted with, and that's saying a lot compared to most businesses today. I can't speak highly enough for them.

Dr.Baldridge is absolutely the best vet we've ever used with our multiple Pets. He takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about animals. Our Cooper now is 13 1/2 and has recently developed diabetes and gone blind and lost his hearing. Dr Baldridge has been wonderful from just being very emotionally supportive to teaching us how to give Coop his insulin shots everyday and understanding all his new health issues. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things about Bradford! My family has been taking our pets there 20+ years. They've taken great care of our cats and dogs. Drs. Baldridge and Barnes are thorough and caring. The techs and assistants are always happy to answer my questions. I've always been able to get an appt when needed. Highly recommend!

The care at Bradfort Pet Hospital is top of the line, the best we've encountered. We changed vets to go to them (we liked our old vet but wanted to change) and we have been vey happy. Family of ours finally got some help for their dogs, with complex health issues, when their previous vet was more surface on their approach.

I have been bringing my dog here for a couple years now. Always a pleasant experience, whether it’s a routine visit or an emergency you can tell the staff cares about your pet. I’ve recommended them to any friends and family members that are looking for a new vet.

Dr. Baldridge has been our pet's doctor from the very first day we got her, nearly 8 years ago and we are so thankful for him. A doctor's role, whether for humans or animals, is to provide comfort and care. During our 8 years with Dr. Baldridge, he has not only provided comfort and care but also a huge amount of compassion. Not only Dr. Baldridge, but everyone at his hospital shows so much love and care, I would only hope to have that with all the doctors I come into contact with. Over the years, Dr. Baldridge has always listened first to our concerns then evaluated the condition of our dog. In a recent visit, we didn't get the opportunity to give our concerns regarding a vaccination, but rather he already knew because of his history with our dog what to suggest to us as an alternative. He is truly more interested in the health and happiness of our dog than anything else and we would recommend both Dr. Baldridge and his hospital for anyone who truly cares about their pet.
