We've just successfuly completed our children's picture wardrobe and I want to recognize the younger long-haired male employee's patience and professionalism in processing a dozen or so returns from half a dozen in-store, held, and online orders. I didn't have a single receipt and through a combination of CC#, phone, and email address he was able to work through the pile.

We always end up getting the outfits that matter from the Gap!

Ordered a large amount of children's clothes today for store pick up. The ordered was completed shortly after placing it and ALL my items where available which was great since they were all gifts for my daughters birthday. Also the associate that brought my order was fast and very polite. Will definitely be ordering again!.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The clearance section had insanely low prices I was shocked. The store is clean and tidy and very organized.

Daughter works there. I shop there because I know the staff has the customers best interest at heart. I don't shop many other places in the center, I don't care to be treated as though my money isn't good enough. I do shop at the book store though, I am treated well there.

I had a wonderful experience last night when I went to the store to grab an interview outfit. Jessie helped me and was as sweet as could be and really helpful when something didn't fit. She helped me choose a really cute outfit, thank you Jessie, you are awesome 😊.

This location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gap as a company runs many sales and this location has good amount of stock.
