The pharmacy and its staff at this store is horrible. The tall white guy, rude. Saw him “dress down” an elderly woman because she couldn’t find her insurance card quickly enough. I guess my question would be, if you’re so miserable why do you still work there? And furthermore, why would the management allow their pharmacy personnel to act in this manner. Will never use this store again and I believe I’m done with the brand as well. There’s a lot of competition out there.

My bar isn't high since I have had some bad experiences with Walgreens photo lately. But this place is great. I ordered some calendars for Christmas and when I went to pick up today, the employee remarked that it was a big order so she started it last night. Satisfied!

I came in last night to get a pick up order. there was a tall gentleman helping me i am sad I didn't get his name. he was amazing. longer brown hair, glasses I think . he may be a manager. super helpful and friendly. we had a great conversation. it is nice to get treated like a person and not feel rushed . thank you sir for being awesome. Leawood is so far away but I will get more orders here just based on customer service here. amazing!

Great staff in the pharmacy. I fill here all the time and they are quick, helpful and have helped me figure out things when there were issues with my refills. Great job!

A great place to work ! Boss Bryan Trayer is very responsive to concerns and suggestions from employees and customers alike. It makes for a good store at which to shop! .He encourages staff to have a strong focus on customer service.

I had my passport photos taken at another Walgreens, and they cut off the top of my head (terrible!). I came here and Tom redid my passport photos. He exchanged them so I did not have to pay again. He is also going to see that the other guy who did my other photos gets properly trained. Thanks Tom!

Finally, after 4 other places, i could find the product i was searching for. The staff was very helpful and kind. The place is clean and the store is arranged in an orderly manner.

Always a pleasant visit, friendly staff and pharmacy, great selection and little of everything for home, health and foods.

Since the pandemic this has been my favorite place to hang out the employees are friendly, the store is cleaned immaculately, and they have some amazing deals!
