My daughter, granddaughter, and I stopped in for them to do some school shopping! I was just perusing the aisles.

She found some lovely shirts. I identified some great new fragrances but could not afford to purchase them. My daughter found some amazing red syn glasses that were on sale for half off.

Macy's continues to be relevant, even to teenagers.

Mac counter had no one working. Needed to pick up one product on lunch hour. Lancome rep offered to help me find it for a good 15 min. We searched every inch to no avail. Unfortunately, we never found it so. She tried to find me a similar product by Estée Lauder. Excellent customer service!

I'm so glad to see that Macy's teamed up with Toys r Us and brought back a little bit of our childhood who doesn't love Toys r Us it's a chance for my son to relive my memories as a child here he is with Jeffrey what a fun place he must go check out Toys r Us inside of your Macy's today

Ordered online and did curbside pickup. Everything was pretty easy. Only complaint is that it took a while for them to bring it out to me after I submitted my spot number. But the employee that brought it out was very helpful and friendly.

During the holidays, I experienced a heartfelt ♥ remarkable customer care from a Personal Stylist name Selena Marischler. She went above and beyond her job duties to make my experience forever memorable. I needed a specific size coat that was completely sold out everywhere except your location at Leawood, KS Macy's and I live in Tennessee. I took a leap of faith and reached out to speak with an associate to see if I can somehow purchase and receive this coat. 🙌 Praises for Selena M that speedily made it happen for me around the holidays. My review is late due to open season at my job and it being busy, nonetheless, I am making it known that employees like Selena Marischler is a valuable asset to Companies like Macy's. Thank you for hiring her. 💓

Mais was an awesome sales associate!! The store was clean and everyone else was welcoming as well!

I really like the mens clothes at Macy's. I enjoy their international concepts brand that has styles you won't find anywhere else.

You can find good perfumes and makeup products at Macy's. There is a Toy r us store on the 2nd floor

Frango, the best holiday mint candy! Even on Black Friday, Macy's was awesome. Great products and super efficient check out! Ho Ho Ho!

I went there to return some things I bought online. I got excellent service. And I stopped by the Door counter to get some of Dior's "Sauvage" and to see Johnny Depp,!

Macy’s Town Center by far has some of the best employees assisting guests. We give 110% customer service and go out of our way to make there experience in Macy’s a positive one. I work for Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s a couple days per week so stop in say hi buy yourself or someone else some sunglasses and an outfit to go with it.

Everyone is so helpful and very nice! One of rhe ladys in the women's department went above and beyond to help me!

I was amazed by Dourna’s suggestions on glares in Macy’s outlet in Overland Park. She helped me get the best pairs and that too with discounts. She was very honest and didn’t try to sell only the expensive stuffs. Really appreciated it.

Macy's located at 119th in Town Center, Overland Park, remains an upscale store to shop for clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes and undergarments. Clearance sales in most every department. Friendly staff. Few sales associates throughout the entire store. Clean and open aisles, not crowded. Disabled Access was operational on my visit on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 9-3-2023. Mgb.

I love Macy's, it is my favorite department store. I can always find amazing deals there and everything they sell is top notch in all ways.
