We were kept informed about the delivery date and delivery was bang on time. We purchased a sofa and loveseat and overall experience was great. Delivery was in 5 days from the date of purchase. The two guys were very careful not to scratch anything and put everything exactly where we wanted it. They showed up within the time window and I got a notification 10 minutes before they were going to be here. I will definitely be using this company again for furniture.

I really appreciate how the delivery driver and his helper was very professional. They put up the bedframes and table together so nice and neat it really made me feel good. I been homeless for almost 2yr it's going to feel so good to have my own bed to sleep in again once I get mattresses for the queen and King than I can have a really good night sleep. Furniture Deals had a variety of options to choose from and their sales representatives were truly there to show me exactly what I was looking for. They are also very helpful when it comes to financing and wanted the best plan for me. The process was simple and I was sent delivery confirmations which kept me in the loop. The men delivered the couch and set up very fast and were polite. The man assembling noticed I needed a cushion and he helped set up a delivery date for that without me even doing anything. He complimented me on my home and he did not feel creepy (I am single and live alone). Overall GREAT experience I will be going to them in the future.

We had a good experience choosing our furniture and everything went exactly as agreed upon with the delivery. They called the evening before it was to be delivered to give us the 3 hour window in which it would be at our home. They brought it in for inspection, everything was fine. They set it up, now I just have to get my husband to share chair with me. I would definitely us the delivery option, it went very smoothly.
